Have tried the rex mundy which was…

Have tried the rex mundy which was really smooth. I have given 4 stars because Yodel said they were delivering on a certain day. I provided details of a safe place. But even though we were back and in during the 2 hour slot given. Yodel suddenly sent a text saying sorry we missed you. I did get the wine the next day and this is the first time Yodel have missed a Slot. So it was a good job we weren't relying on something from the order.
But Averys have been great to deal with and I am more than happy to recommend them and the excellent wines we have had over the past few years.

Yodel delivered it to the foyer and not…

Yodel delivered it to the foyer and not flat. The delivery instructions were to get a signature. I was not impressed. I would be happy to discuss this incompetence

Courier ignored label instructions AGAIN!

Once again the courier ignored the standing instruction on the label that there's 'no safe place' and left the carton upside-down on the doorstep in full view of the road. The upside-down element has resulted in one of the wax seals cracking.
The wines haven't been tasted

I am really sorry that your instructions weren't followed again. I have now amended your delivery instructions to proof of delivery which means the carrier will have to take a photo to prove it's been directly delivered to you and they will not be allowed to leave it unsafe.
