SCAM.

SCAM.

Same as the other reviews.
Ordered a Gant Jumper after seeing the ad on instagram. Received an extremely poor 'alternative'. Contacted them and they first tried to claim it was a suitable quality alternative as they had 'run out' unexpectedly at the warehouse. Same scam that I would need to pay to return the item to China. Eventually offered a big % refund, which I accepted but of course they haven't processed it and I haven't received it. Trying to find the parent company - planning to report to Instagram and claim back off my bank but trickier off a debit card.
AVOID.

Scammers

Scammers, same experience as all the other reviews.
Contacted my bank who have refunded me and looking into the fraudulent activity of this company.

Horrible Company CROOKS

Horrible Company, should be jailed and banned from online Chinese crap!
Ordered 2 Gant zippers paid £70.00. Received a bag of mince!
Temu can offer better at £5.00 each. Poor quality customer service, constant lying on refund been sent..... I am giving up!!?DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS! Trust Pilot reviews on their website is false

Items substituted with inferior products

Same experience as those who ordered GANT jumpers in December 2025. Delivered a cheap Chinese substitute without being informed as apparently they had run out of GANT jumpers.
I contacted them and was initially offered 30% discount plus 20% off a future order, or full refund but I would have to pay return costs, which is in contravention of the Consumer credit act 2015 as they delivered an alternative product.
Agreed to 50% refund and have been in contact since 2nd Jan but refund has not appeared despite assurances it had been processed.
Asked for proof of the payment & details of the account to which it was paid.
I was sent a screenshot with few details other than my name & the final 4 digits of the card the refund had been sent to. The card details were not correct and they are no longer responding.
Absolutely appalling company. Do NOT order anything from them. I will now have to contact my credit card company to get the money back.

This company is out to scam you

This company is out to scam you, they did me and many others.
Ordered a GANT Jumper, took weeks to delivery and then received some cheap alternative. After complaining they offered me a refund of 30% or post back to China at a cost of $30, I refused, I was then offered a 50% refund, I accepted that although I could got the jumper off Temu for £10. They said they would refund me 50%. 20 days later and nothing. I will now make a chargeback against my credit card. DO NOT buy from this company, absolute scammers. Reading the previous reviews it seems everyone before me have the issue.

Scam company in my opinion

Sent a different brand jumper to what was ordered, acknowledged it had been sent in error, (not sure I believe that)but would cost me to return abroad or refund 20% of the cost, disgusting! This was a Christmas present, should be a full refund but I reluctantly said I would except no less than 50%, still no refund, their mum stake that should rectify at their cost not the customers cost, do not shop here!!

Scammers

Customer service non existent. Parcel went missing off my doorstep, which they claim was an outbuilding. No responses to emails and judging by the other reviews, whatever was supposedly delivered probably wasn't what I ordered? One of many scammers out there! Avoid Avoid Avoid.

⭐ Avoid – misleading and poor customer service

Like others, I ordered what was advertised as a GANT 1/4 zip jumper early December. It arrived on 29th December, but it was not a GANT product at all — just a cheap alternative.

When I contacted the company, they said they had run out and sent a substitute without informing me. I was then told I could either pay €30 to return it to China and wait up to 5 weeks for a refund, or accept a 30% refund and 20% off my next order .

No apology, no accountability, and very misleading advertising. I ordered a branded item and did not receive what I paid for.

Promised refund never materialised despite weekly chasing

BEWARE

BEWARE
I thought I had purchased a Gant 1/4 zip pullover but I received the item advertised in their small advertising photo. Returns policy leaves the cost of delivery on me and the original postage charges will not be refunded.
Definitely not be using this retailer again. Also, delivery took 4 weeks.

Scammers

Scammers, sell you one thing and deliver something totally different and nowhere near the quality they advertise. Sell you fake goods then when you call them out they give you the option of a 30% refund which still makes the item they sent you expensive or the option to return to China at your cost for a refund when (if) it gets there.

Misleading shows Trustpilot reviews…

Misleading shows Trustpilot reviews that are false , sold Gant jumpers but delivered a cheap Chinese version , yet another fraudulent Chinese website they also say 22 years in the London Fashion scene also untrue . Do not buy anything from these guys .
