I purchased the Aventon Pace 4. It arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. The free bike rack and fenders arrived a couple of days later and have been added to the bike. I love the bike, quality and comfort, would highly recommend.

Love our bikes!
My husband and I bought our bikes about 3 months ago and we are absolutely obsessed with them. I was already riding a hybrid bike but purchased an ebike when he did so I could keep up with him. We have been riding every week and can’t believe how much we love these bikes. They ride so smooth and hills are nothing but yet we still feel like we are getting some exercise plus enjoying the outdoors!

Packaging/delivery was great
Packaging/delivery was great. Very robust packaging. Easy to assemble if you are familiar with basic tools. The tools you need are included and are decent quality, not the throw-away stuff normally included with such projects.
I ordered 2 bikes, both large aventure 3, one step through and one step over. Interestingly the step over came equipped with a cage of sorts that protects the rear derailleur -very cool. Was that a prototype, and what can I do to retrofit the step-through? Awesome bikes!

Love the bike (Current ADV)
Love the bike (Current ADV). However, the dropper seat post lever (cheap plastic) does not secure the cable properly. I eventually stripped the tiny hex screw trying to secure the cable. Subsequently, my bike is now at an authorized dealer for service. They have ordered an after market lever and cable to be installed. Hoping I will be reimbursed by Aventon. Disappointed that a $5000 bike would have a less than high quality component which required immediate replacement.

Wishing Aventon Shipped to Australia
I own 3 Aventon bikes but live in Australia. Really like the quality and reliability of these bikes. Have impressed my work colleagues with the bikes and they too have them now. Only downfall, is there is no shipping of parts to Australia. My recent purchase was a rear wheel for my Aventon Abound (broken spokes issue). Cost me $364 AUS from Aventon and then $300 AUS for forward shipping. I was shocked with the shipping cost and could not understand why. When the wheel arrived, it was packed into a very large cardboard box - so much of my shipping costs was air. I appreciate how well it was packed but learned that I must specify the smallest box possible in the future. I would not mind paying extra for shipping direct from Aventon to Australia (for parts). The bikes are very popular with Australians and our riding conditions. It would also be extremely popular if the Aventon Bikes had a VIN Number because we will soon be able register them for road use. That process has begun and maybe something you could think about ahead of this breakthrough. Over all, I may have paid a premium for my Aventon products but am always impressed with your workmanship. Level 4 bike purchase
I purchased the Level 4 bike and I just love it! Everything about this bike is top notch; gearing, braking, the suspension, battery life, etc. I had to work with customer support on a couple issues; one I created and they responded very quickly and then another issue with the bike in shipping and their customer service is friendly, competent and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and their products.
