I would refrain from doing anything with these people. As you sign up first of all they talk having access to funds during the pull period, I was under the impression there was no interest in that time. Well come to find out, you have the payment from what you pull then you have to pay intrest on top of that.
They monitor transactions like anyone else, but for what ever reason, as something got flagged as fraud on their end, they canceled the card all together. When first of all it was me attempting to make the transaction and 2, I didn't get a chance to even confirm. Im waiting to see what other B.S. is to come from these people. I would avoid these guys. I would look for business else where.

AVEN-Financial Rebate is a SCAM
Financial Scam, tempts you to apply for their HELOC stating they will give you $250 if they do not give you a better rate than a new OR your EXISTING HELOC.
I had a special offer code and the tempting rate was 5.99 I applied.
the rate AVEN offered me was 14.5 my current rate is 8.45.
Where is my $250 I ask???
I have never received it.
I supplied the requested PROOF documents even though they clearly knew my current lender, loan and payment ammount. I supplied the requested documents multiple times over a couple of weeks. I received 2 emails stating "we have bumped your case up for review" then the emails stopped and no $250 was ever paid out.
These types of scams are Unfair Deceptive Acts and Practices... they never intended to give out the $250, they entice customers with larger HELOC loan amounts.
