Placed an order September 13th & still not yet received. Contacted the seller via their Facebook page & WhatsApp.
Messages were read but not responded to. Saw on their social media they were still actively posting & stating they are considering closing the business down & selling stock at a reduced rate but still no response to my messages.
Had to go through my bank to claim money back.
Gutted as the stuff I had ordered I was really looking forward to receiving as a new bride.

I had many many questions and the communication was brilliant through WhatsApp , everything I needed to know and be reassured in was answered . The socks for the males of the bridal party were of excellent quality and the personalised print was also fab , looked amazing and all the guys were delighted . My bridal dressing gown was absolutely beautiful and if I'm honest was far better than I expected and I'd purchased it when on offer so I was absolutely delighted with the cost , quality and even more so when it was able to be personalised on the belt as I'd choose the full Lacey gown that also came with a little slip for underneath .
id highly recommend purchasing and wouldnt hesitate to use again 💕 x
