I ordered an important school book over 2 months ago. Every time I contact Avelin they send me the same email. “It will be there in a couple of days.” “We want to give you a 10% refund.” “We are here for you…rest assured.” This company is horrible. Don't buy anything from them. I’m pretty sure they are scamming people. Worst online buying experience ever!!

I purchased a dress from Aveline New York and when I received it, it the belt was sewn to itself in one big loop hanging off the middle of the back. When I attempted to return it and get a refund I was told they do not take returns but rather I should give the defective item to a friend or family member and let them walk around looking ridiculous because the cost of shipping it back would be too costly for them and the environment. There was no attempt whatsoever at ownership. Instead, they offered me a 15% discount on my next defective purchase initially, and then later, taking SOME responsibility they chose to give me a 30% discount. Wow. 🤩 I am wondering what defect I would get next if I am dumb enough to order from this company again. They have poor quality control and worse customer service.

Purchased items back on July 14, 2025 until this day I’ve never received any of my items I paid over $86 online for the workout gear. I’ve emailed them several times. I even tried to do the fake website and the website went down I had to fight with my bank to try and get my money refunded. It’s fraudulent don’t do it.
Do not fall for it! They are a scam. I purchased alo yoga set thinking it was legit website. Turns out it was not. I was lucky enough to have my bank issue a refund after reporting the issue. Don’t fall for it!!
