I expressed interest in their services several years ago, did not sign a contract, did not pay anything, did not fully provide information about my company, judging by the email correspondence. This year I received information from AVASK that I owe 1600 euros :D

I had an excellent experience working with Natasha at Avask. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and incredibly responsive. She handled everything with efficiency and genuine care, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Natasha goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Her communication was clear and timely, and she demonstrated deep knowledge and expertise throughout. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, patient, and solution-oriented.
I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend working with her. Thank you, Natasha, for your outstanding service!

This company keeps getting worse.
They've always been poor responders, but when your company has a small issue that could have a drastic affect you might think they would be on the case. Not so, weeks go by without response.
Edit: off the back of leaving poor feedback they have now replied with suitable instructions for me, upgrade to three stars.

I used AVASK for German VAT compliance (self-serve programme) in 2024–2025.
German tax office letters about my 2023 VAT (dated 19/11/2024, 07/01/2025 and 27/02/2025) were sent to AVASK but only forwarded to me on 06/05/2025.
Because of this delay, the tax office first issued a provisional assessment of 32,780.24 € and finally a penalty of 1,637.50 € in late payment surcharges, even though the real VAT due was only 6.65 €.
I provided AVASK with all documentation showing that the letters stayed with them for 5–6 months. They still refuse to accept any responsibility or to contact the tax office again without charging extra fees.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service for German VAT.

The worst experience of my entrepreneurial life
Run away from this company. They took my money for services never delivered and refuse any refund.
For over a year, no VAT declarations were filed in some countries despite my payments. Result: tax penalties, debt collection procedures, and sleepless nights fixing their mistakes.
Impossible to get proper follow-up: employees change constantly. Every time you contact them, you start from scratch with someone who knows nothing about your case. Emails go unanswered for weeks, sometimes months.
They lose your documents, miss every deadline, and when you complain, complete silence.
For the prices they charge, it's a disgrace. They can put a business in serious financial and administrative trouble.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Look elsewhere.

We started this case with AVASK at the beginning of 2025, regarding our German EPR filing for 2024. Almost a full year later, this issue is still not resolved.
The situation was straightforward. We had zero sales in Germany in 2024, which we clearly communicated to AVASK multiple times. We paid AVASK in full for EPR reporting services, including the obligation to submit the 2024 year end report.
What followed was months of delays, contradictions, and constant “we will investigate” replies. Every few weeks the case was supposedly being reviewed again, without any concrete outcome.
At first, AVASK pointed us to Der Grüne Punkt. Then Der Grüne Punkt pointed us back to AVASK. After extensive correspondence with the authorities, it became clear that no valid 2024 year end sales report had ever been received by Der Grüne Punkt for our account. Any submission at that point was already too late and legally ineligible for reimbursement.
Because of this failure, we permanently lost the right to a credit of €368.96, even though:
- Our reported quantity was zero
- The minimum fee is only €25
- The filing itself was substantively correct
Der Grüne Punkt explicitly confirmed in writing that the loss occurred solely because the year end report was not submitted correctly and on time. This is a service AVASK was contractually paid to perform.
Despite this, AVASK continued to deflect responsibility, restart investigations, and ask clarifying questions that had already been answered multiple times. Even after sending a formal liability notice and waiting beyond the stated response deadline, we still received vague replies instead of accountability or a solution.
In the end, it became clear that AVASK failed to submit the required filing, then shifted responsibility between themselves and the authority, while we were left with the financial loss.
This case shows a serious lack of ownership, follow through, and client protection. If you rely on AVASK for compliance critical filings, be aware that errors can take months to surface, and when they do, resolution is slow, fragmented, and exhausting.
Very disappointing experience.

Read the following and judge for yourself...
AVASK handles our VAT filings in several European countries. In Spain they also act as our fiscal representative. This means all communication with the tax authorities goes through them and they are responsible for making the actual payments. They tell you what amount is due, you pay this to an AVASK intermediary account, and they then forward it to the tax authorities.
This was also the case for Q3 2024. We paid the required amount in October to the AVASK intermediary account, fully according to their procedure. We also explicitly communicated with AVASK to ensure the payment to Spain would be made before the October 20 deadline.
To my complete shock, in July we received a 5000 euro fine from the Spanish tax authorities because the VAT return and payment had not been made. Despite the fact that AVASK had received the money, they failed to submit the return and make the payment. Apparently a reminder was sent to AVASK in January, which we were never informed about, and they still did nothing.
Without consulting us, AVASK then filed an objection on our behalf. They refused to explain what they had written in this objection. Any objection was obviously doomed to fail, because the VAT return had simply not been filed by AVASK. As expected, the objection was rejected and the fine was doubled.
When asking for clarification or responsibility, AVASK became completely unresponsive. They show no concern for the serious financial damage they have caused.
This is the second major mistake AVASK has made within a year. In Q4 2024 they mixed up decimal points and commas in our sales data, which resulted in a 20,000 euro VAT overpayment in Poland. Even 1.5 years later, and after an additional 5,000 euros in consulting costs, we still have not been able to recover this money from the Polish tax authorities. AVASK has also been unhelpful in mediating or supporting this process.
I strongly recommend looking further and paying a bit more for an accountant who actually cares about their clients.

We worked with Avask from 2021 to 2025. In 2025 we suddenly received unauthorized credit card charges of 1.500 EUR. The Avask team informed us that they made a mistake and accidentally charged us too little for several years. Even though we were never informed of the supposed "real" price and never agreed to it, they just recalculated several years retroactively and put the full sum on our credit card without asking.
In what world can you just charge money for services performed years ago, when we were never told the "real" price? I asked them to provide any communication where we agreed to those higher rates, and they couldnt, yet they refused to accept responsibility and refund us the money.
When we tried to cancel the service, they wanted to charge us a cancellation fee. Ridiculous! Can only advise any entrepreneur to NOT working Avask.
Sincerely,

Edit: Even though the AVASK team replied and claimed they would investigate, 2 weeks later still no one has reached out to us. The only reason they replied was to polish up the Trustpilot profile so you fall for their service too.
Edit 2: As of February 12, still no one has reached out.

At the beginning, the onboarding team was very proactive and responsive. However, once the contract was signed, the level of support dropped dramatically. From that point on, I was largely left on my own, and getting help became extremely difficult.
Emails were frequently ignored, and when calling their support line I was often told that a specialist would call me back — which, in my experience, rarely happened. This made resolving even basic issues slow and frustrating.
The services I paid for were not delivered in a timely manner. In Germany, the registration of EPR numbers was completed months late. As a result, my products were blocked for an extended period, leading to lost sales and significant financial impact.
When I requested deregistration, the situation did not improve. Invoices — including backdated charges — were issued promptly, but the actual deregistration was not completed when requested. Because of this, I was forced to continue paying EPR-related fees for almost a year after I had explicitly asked to be deregistered.
There were also serious issues with the handling of my company data. In my case, this resulted in incorrect invoices being sent with payment requests that did not reflect the actual situation. These were eventually corrected with credit notes, but only after weeks of repeated requests for clarification.
Finally, even after I believed all matters were closed, charges were made to my credit card that had been stored in their system, related to invoices that AVASK considered outstanding. This was both unexpected and extremely concerning from a client perspective.
Overall, my experience with AVASK has been marked by poor communication, long delays, and a lack of reliable support once onboarded. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution.

I signed up with AVASK due to their partnership with Amazon, expecting a reliable and supportive accounting service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Lack of support: It’s nearly impossible to reach them. Calls constantly drop, and emails go unanswered for weeks — sometimes even months. I once had to pay £60 just to get through to someone.
No transparency: There’s no clarity on when your accounts are being worked on. Despite being told my next filing would be in September 2026, I found out that they had already completed the 2025 accounts without informing me or requesting the necessary documents.
Missed claims and financial impact: Mistakes in the filings and missing invoice claims cost me far more than their service fees.
Overall, this has been a waste of time and money. I’ll definitely be switching to another provider. If you value timely, transparent, and accountable service — stay away from AVASK.

The support team is completely useless. I wrote to them multiple times, but they only responded after a month and a half, and that response was incorrect. I had to search for information myself and do everything myself.

The AVASK VAT team have gone above and beyond in helping us resolve a complex Italian VAT issue that was threatening the health of our Amazon UK & EU accounts.
What truly stood out was their commitment — even during the Christmas period, when most offices were closed, the team worked tirelessly to support us. While Amazon refused to offer any form of festive reprieve, AVASK pulled out all the stops, showing genuine care and urgency to help us protect our business.
We’re incredibly grateful for their expertise, responsiveness, and dedication. Highly recommended.

Took them years to get me a Spanish VAT number. It was when Victor became my account manager he helped me get the VAT number within a short time. My question is why did my previous manages not get the Intra EU Spanish VAT number for years. Not having a Spanish VAT number on time made me pay much more in fees which was only due to their slowness.
Now, my Spanish VAT has been deactivated for a while. I have contacted them but no solution yet. I only have around 2 days remaining to resolve this or else my seller account would be at risk.
Deactivating my Spanish VAT was as a result of your mistake therefore any penalty that comes with it should be handled by AVASK.
Also they claim my account is on hold because of lack of payment. But they sent two invoices for a particular period which I paid one already. I asked them why two invoice for same period but no reply from them till date. It is over 6 months now and same issue has not been resolved. Are you expecting me to pay twice for a particular period?
This is really frustrating as they don't handle issues in a timely manner nor respond to emails on time. Most time they just ignore my message.
