I’m really disappointed with my experience with Avaria Jewelry. I purchased a necklace, ring, and earrings that were not cheap, expecting good quality materials. Unfortunately, the pieces irritated my skin. The areas where the jewelry touched became red and uncomfortable, which I’ve never experienced with most of my other jewelry.

When I contacted customer service about returning the items, I was told I would have to pay the return shipping myself. I find this really frustrating. If a product causes a skin reaction, customers shouldn’t have to pay additional costs just to send it back.

For jewelry at this price point, I expected better quality materials and better customer service. Between the skin irritation and the return policy, the experience has been very disappointing.

Shipping took forever and then only had the ring for a little over a month before the stone fell off and was lost. Since it's past their 30-day warranty they will not replace or refund. This site is a scam with cheap jewelry from China.

Avaria has become one of my favorite places to buy jewelry because it gives you the elegant look you're searching for.

I ordered 4 items. The two rings I ordered are too small, the bracelet does not fit over my hand and the necklace is not good quality.
Their return process is ridiculous. You have to pay for shipping to the UK which costs almost as much as my order. The whole experience was frustrating and n the end I’m only receiving 50 % credit to buy something else.
DO NOT buy from Avaria jewelry!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Ordered 22 days ago and all they do is send me my tracking number again and again without reading the emails I send them.

Rings are cheap looking and I got the biggest size they don’t fit very small sizing and gold is cheap . Wouldn’t buy again

I feel tricked! It took over 10 days to receive, it looks like from China. I wrote an email to customer service asking about tracking which responded with a very rude tone as in ," We'd like to inform you...!"
If the necklace had been beautiful, I'd have felt okay, but the large baroque pearl looks plastic. It was advertised as an ethically sourced pearl. Haha! The herringbone chain is pretty, if plated. I'm sorry I ordered this at $54. It'll cost me more just to return it. So beware!

There is a reason why their reviews don’t pop up when you google them, but their website showcases 5 start reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. There is a reason why they do the buy two pieces get two free pieces, it’s because they’re JUNK. I got 4 pieces ring stack, 2 bracelets, and a necklace. The ring was terrible quality and scratched every chance it could get. The first bracelet was cute and was my favorite (tennis bracelet) I had high hopes for this one and the bracelet fell off a week later only to come to my mom and say she found it on her driveway thinking it was the mail ladies, no it was my bracelet and the clasp just broken off, the second bracelet is an awkward size and gets caught to EVERYTHING. The only piece I was happy with was the necklace and that’s because I took the charm off that one and put it on an existing necklace. I emailed saying that these issues should not be occurring especially if your whole brand is branded as everyday wearable jewelry. They offered to replace the one bracelet after I asked for a refund if I was unhappy with 3/4 pieces what makes you think I would want more garbage jewelry, still waiting on my refund.

I have been waiting since January 4th for a lousy $6.90credit. They keep telling me it has been process but my credit union says otherwise. I will NEVER order from them again. SCAM Artists.

Zero stars!!! Horribly inept customer service . Order placed and shipping label created but never shipped. Initial email sent to customer service and received an automated reply saying they work 7 days a week and someone will get back to you soon. Never received a response until I sent another email saying that since it never shipped they can cancel the order and refund my money. Only then did I receive an email saying that some of the items were out of stock and will and restocked tomorrow and the order will ship out then. I asked again to just cancel the order and refund my money. They said that the order will be filled and shipped out. It has been 40 hours and the order is still not shipped according to the tracking number. (Label printed). I wish I had read the other reviews before having my money stolen from me

I had a great experience purchasing from Avaria. I found them through an ad on facebook advertising waterproof jewelry. There are a bunch but they had the best prices. They earned me as a life long customer

They do not honor returns even if the wrong item is sent. Do not get involved with them.

Terrible scam! Don’t buy! Don’t trust. I ordered two packages. First arrived weeks after my daughter’s birthday, missing $130 pearl necklace bundle. Takes forever to arrive then even longer to get a partial refund. Second order never arrived, still waiting on refund. The gold is yellow and light and is nothing like the sizing in photos. Terrible! Chinese scam!

Took ages to be delivered and when they turned up the quality was awful. The huggie earrings were so small they wouldn’t have fit a baby and the other pair wouldn’t close. On asking for a refund you either have to send back to the USA (which would have cost around £18) or keep them and get 30% refund. That old scam. I will never purchase anythng from them again.

They sent the wrong ring size, and would not exchange for a smaller size saying I had to pay to send it back!!
Quality isn't good it looks very brass like, not like in the photographs.

Never received our order! My husband ordered for Christmas and still nothing. We provided the proof the requested but no replacement or refund! Do not order!

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a few hundred dollars worth of jewelry from this company that I had never ordered from before . these were all Christmas presents that I did not give until Christmas Day. . FOUR items that I gave as gifts all broke within five minutes to twenty four hours. I contacted the company each time and now they are telling me that I'm beyond the date of return that they will not replace broken items . How the hell do you do business like this?!!!

Cheap looking jewelry. Tried to return and it’s not worth it. Sent from china, returns go to the UK and it cost just as much for me to pay for shipping then getting the money back. Returns are a joke, you have to email them a request with pictures, they then offered a 30% return or 50% in store credit or return that I have to pay for shipping internationally, no thanks. I’ll just sell it on Poshmark and at least get something for it. Don’t fall for it, cheap and ugly when you get it, gold looks yellow too BTW.
