Whilst in Turkey my husband fell poorly and was taken into the local clinic where he received treatment over two days. AVANTI Go were so good on the telephone when I rang them from the clinic and everything was dealt with between clinic and Avanti Go direct. The pressure was taken off straight away. Very throughly recommend

Quick to answer & helpful
Back story: I bought insurance thru a well known comparison website. I ended up with insurance to the wrong countries. I'm still scratching my head as to how. It was not Avantigo's mistake; they got their intel straight from the comparison website.
When I called, yes, you have to sit thru a tad long recording but when you want to speak to a human they're very quick to answer. The process of getting it corrected was easy & quick and if you do it in time they refund the difference.
