I needed help with renewing my world wide holiday insurance
My son helped me, Advantigo seemed to have all the features I needed, we looked at others but kept going back to Advantigo, the thing that persuaded me was the the fact that the policy took care of everything and a very appealing price.
So "roll on" my holiday, with peace of mind

Recently took out annual policy which was competitively priced for good cover.
Policy started today and was unable to log in to confirm policy was active, the Log In
and Register screens listed on Google accepted information but went no further.
After a number of attempts I rang and was told that there is no facility to register or log in and to refer to the PDF docs available on the website.
The website should be updated to make clear that there is no Customer Log In available, which to me seems strange for an online provider.
As has been said many times with Insurance you only know how good they are once you claim…hopefully never needed but this experience makes me wary.

The website was easy to navigate. Questions about health were unambiguous so I could respond with confidence.
As with all insurance, the proof of the pudding will be if I have to make a claim.
So far, I am very satisfied being a fairly fit octogenarian.

I'm really impressed with how easy the process was on line. I needed cruise insurance and apart from a few medical question, which at my age, nearly 70. Which they all need. It was quite painless.
