messed up.my account 3 times took 1 months to find where they went wrong stuck my on a payment plan becuase there team messed up with the payments then went and sold it to debt altho it's not even in debt do not go with this company stay away!!!

This company sells a debt while the customer is suffering with mental illness and then proclaims it to be there fault for not making payments - rude, disgusting and unprofessional

Fantastic company. Helped me out when i had a sticky month (gave me a one-month payment break because i had been on time with every other payment - was told it was allowed once during the loan term), got a fairly good rate given the state of my credit at the time, and when i was fortunate enough to get a bulk sum enough to pay it off - they gave me a settlement figure and accepted the payment within 3 minutes of getting on the phone. No 'well we could extend your loan to reduce the payment' business, no trying to convince me to hold on to it, they just gve me the figure immediately and it showed up on my avantcredit account screen immediately. Cannot recommend enough.

100 percent garentee of clearscore then they want your personal pin and password for your bank ? Then they knock you back even tho you have a high score of clearscore and 100 garentee dodgy company in my opinion.

Hi guys, I've got a loan from AvantCredit inJune 2015. Big mistake! I should've done my research first.I'm in shock! Two years down the road and when I checked my online account I've paid from the principal only £310 and the rest is interest!! I've got months when I literally paid only interest nothing to the principal. I called yesterday to pay half of my loan which is £1000 and I've been told that I'm not allowed to do that because my loan is not in areas! They are allowed to do that? It's that even legal?? I thought that any company will give you this option of paying off your loan early if you want to? So should I stop paying, to get in trouble and then maybe they will let me pay the loan early? This is so stupid! Can someone please suggest something otherwise I feel like getting a legal advice. Thanks

Everything was okay until I closed the account. Payment mad in full. Was logged into my account showed paid the second the transaction was confirmed by the lady at the end of the phone ... thank you sir have a nice day. Email confirmed payment but more import my bank showed that the money was taken. Then the emails start arriving ... phone them ... sorry sir that will be corrected its just computer sending them out will pass on and get this problem fixed ... web account now also showing to be in default. More emails (now becomiing more strongly worded) MORE phone calls ... oh sorry sir everything is okay I will have passed this up to management they will correct the error ... more emails. Lucky I remembered to cancel the direct debit just as the computer was about to take payments again!!!!! Now the emails started ... your bank instructions are not in place please set immediately ... can't log into my account with them unless I first put my banking details back in place ...Was also now getting very worried that maybe someone from the company is taking the payments and not putting it into the system (not in their pocket ... just incompetent). The communication between departments seem as the very best 'hit and miss' at the worst 'non existent. I do not know if this is down to poor training or staff morale (everyone seemed so lovely and helpful on the phone but the solving of the your problem stops there!!!!!) Anyway great for getting the loan quick and fast ... but at the end!!!! They reallty need to look at what is going on their departments.

Very fast and professional excellent company

The worst and last company I will ever get a loan from! Paid half my loan of early, tried closing my full account down today but what an absolute joke, they set up an additional 2 payments which I never agreed to! Spoke to 4 different advisors who told me 4 different pieces of information! All there staff including there managers need re-training! I will be taking this further as I do have call recordings on each call and I can't stress enough how no-one should ever use this company! Absolutely disgusting, I can't begin to explain how terrible the service from this company is

Don't pay off your loan early you will be penalised by refusal of another loan. I paid off my loan 3 years early and a few months later when my car died and needed to buy another one, even though I had changed jobs and my income had rose by £450 a month, they refused me. Go figure. So the only reason I can think of is that I annoyed them by paying off me loan early. Don't think I will ever use them again.
