If for any reason you need to cancel your plan with Avalon after the 30 day cancellation period, not only do you lose your £65.00 deposit, but I was also charged the exorbitant amount of £395.00 after making payments for two and a half years. During the time my bank made regular monthly payments of £44.15 - I received nothing in the way of communication from Avalon.

Kelly Killick
Kelly Killick a representative of Avalon was very professional but also very friendly. She put me at ease and we discussed the plan in great detail and there was no pressure to take up the plan . The plan I chose will ultimately help my children and I think this will be the last loving thing I could do for them.
