There is not any other shop that gives a better service or such a large range of products if they haven’t got the itemyou want they order it and you receive it within a few days. The lads are very helpful and the premises is secluded and out the way of praying eyes.

The product I wanted was out of stock but they displayed great customer service in sourcing an alternative solution which arrived quickly. Communicative and helpful.

When one product had a problem there was no issue getting a replacement and I'll definitely be coming back for further orders.

Also another pleasant surprise was to find this company will keep stock at the price they paid for it on their website i.e. they will not immediately push the price up when they themselves have had the stock at a lower price in the past which is lovely. You will not find that many stores I imagine that do that given how expensive it is to run premises et cetera.

Great customer service provided, the item took time coming from the supplier due to huge demand. Throughout the waiting period was constantly updated with the time frame. When the fan arrived it was dispatched and delivered promptly.

bottom couple of saucers were broken in transit, asked for replacements a few days ago but not had a response

I needed to phone the company for an update on delivery. The guy I spoke to ( Neil i think ? ) was very helpful and cheerful and assured me my delivery would be next day and it was . The item is great and of good quality and I would recommend using this company.
