Lousy service
I specifically contacted AV.com to make sure they had the item I was looking to order in stock for next day delivery, 4 days later and I haven’t received it or any confirmed delivery date, all they can tell me is they’re opening an investigation, between them and the incompetent morons at DPD they’ve lost my headphones and I just have to wait for up to six days for them to get their act together. Embarrassing

Couldn’t believe my luck when I checked to see if this item was still available as I had been watching it for a few weeks and found it had been reduced by £250! Super happy to have the Marantz 30n to go with the matching amp. The item was exactly as described, like new.
