I bought a full set of led bulbs for my 2006 Duramax, and they have worked great! I ran into an issue with one of the DRL bulbs, and customer service had a new set heading my way right away.

Ordered some R7 lights for my truck the rgb went out on my one fog light emailed about the warranty lastnight and they already have a new one being sent out to me quick and painless great customer service.

I had a problem with the Auxbeam GX Series, they were far too bright using an aftermarket set of factory housing headlight assemblies. I emailed them and they're taking good care of me! I will definitely be using Auxbeam again in the future, I highly recommend them! Their product is great and their customer service is amazing!

I had made a mistake in warranting a set of H11 bulbs. Aux beam sent me bulbs from a previous order that I had mistakenly sent them for warranty information. However after sorting out the correct order number and paying the shipping of the correct bulbs, they sent me brand new low beams for my truck. Customer service is worth the price of their merchandise.

I bought a Jeep Gladiator that had a set of Auxbeam lights already. The problem was, the wiring harness was missing. Auxbeam worked with me to provide a wiring harness for a set of lights that were discontinued. Then they provided the instructions for wiring the lights.
I was highly impressed with the customer service they provided to me.
I will be buying more of their products t without concerns with quality or customer service!

Auxbeam has one of the best customer service you can ask for. I’ve been using ABM lights since 2017, I’ve had 3 cars since then and the 1st thing I do is change my headlights to them. From the FS2&3 series, the F16s, Q20s the 30s and the 40s. I’ve never been disappointed. I mean things happen, not all items last the full 50000hrs there rated, BUT Auxbeam has always taken care of me. That’s why I always go back. My new car literally has all Auxbeam LEDs in it. The lights are very bright and are well made. I always recommend to my friends and family.

Auxbeam is a pathetic company. They advertise products they don't have. Quick to take your money, then tell you it could be 60 days before they have the products ordered. As the customer I asked for an immediate refund. I was told 10 days. 3 weeks later still no refund. But of course auxbeam said it happened, but my bank says otherwise.
Word of advice to any future customers. RUN. There are much more reputable companies to deal with, that have superior products and most importantly have ethics.

Noticed one of my H7 bulbs flickering, sent pictures and a video for warranty (Sept '23 purchase). New bulbs being shipped out today.

Customer satisfaction comes first with Auxbeam! I had an issue with one of my bulbs and they were quick to reply back to my email. A replacement was sent no questions asked! Thank you Auxbeam!

I purchased a set of LED bulbs. One of the bulbs quit working shortly after. I email them, they replied quickly and said they would send a replacement. Great customer service. Great company.

I ordered a full set of LED's for my Civic si and the fog light tabs to the housing broke after a couple weeks of having them in due to the bumper partially falling off, but they were able to send me a new set of fog lights at no cost!! Thank you so much auxbeams.

Customer service was absolutely great and easy to deal with. They are quick and responsive. My 8 gang switch panel had 2 power ports that were getting constant power when the other ports were not. I sent a quick video of what was going on and they are sending me a whole new kit hassle free. Will only do business with aux beam when it comes to lighting products!! 1000% recommend!
