Customer Service AWOL

Placed an order on Memorial Day, 5/25/26. Realized shortly thereafter it contained a mistake. Called customer service, left message. Since it was a holiday, didn't expect a call back until the next day. I called Customer Service 10 different times and never was connected to a person, only voicemail. Left one more message, but it is now Thursday and I still haven't been contacted. It appears "Customer Service" is a misnomer. Only rated 1 Star since no option to give a goose egg.

Shipping Experience

I get the items that I order and they are packed nice so that there is no damage to the items. Also like the packing list that shows the items that I ordered.

Great kits and service

I have made multiple purchases (model kits and diecast cars) from Auto World. Very good products and good service.
When a recent model kit had a manufacturing defect, replacement parts were sent out promptly.

Definitely a store for the serious collector

Autoworld is my go to store for my diecast needs. I collect mostly 1/64 scale and they have some great pieces with great detail and design. I enjoy some of the themed products as well. As for the details of the cars, they are one of the best in the business. Johnny Lightning is my favorite and the Autoworld products has the serious collector in mind. I always look forward to the email and the updates of cars to come. My only complaint is I miss the Johnny Lightning collectors club. But it’s not a deal breaker..
