Great experience!!
Since passing my test I have been looking at numerous dealerships to find the perfect first car. Autoworld was amazing and now that I have purchased my car with them, I am so glad that I did! I was helped by Steve who is so lovely and went the extra mile to ensure that getting my first car was seamless and easy. Thank you so much to Steve and everyone at Autoworld as the customer care and customer service is brilliant and I will never forget this experience. The car itself is absolutely gorgeous and I’m satisfied with how fast the car was able to be serviced and MOT’d ready for pick up. As I was buying a car that had been part exchanged, there was a dent in the door and Autoworld were able to smooth that out before I picked the car up. In conclusion, buying my car with Autoworld was a pleasure and I will look forward to buying cars in the future with the dealership. Thank you.

We brought our car from autoworld and dealt with Steve Scotford. After having other cars from here and not being quite as pleased with the sales person, Steve was a breath of fresh air. Attentive, reliable and kept us up to date with the progress of our vehicle. Would recommend using Steve and would do again.
Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service 4 days after I bought my car from 2 Sales employees David & Richard who had no Customer Care skills at all & need training & also could learn a lot from their Service Department who were far more Customer friendly & far more helpful
Would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here & wont buy my next one from here but would recommend taking your car to their Service Department (who are a different company)
Would not recommend Autoworld Willenhall
Would not recommend Autoworld Willenhall. I have had my car for less than 6 months and I have already had to take it in twice for repairs. They sold me a car with a battery that was old and no good which makes me question the quality and authenticity of the tests they apparently do on the vehicles before sale... I am now even more out of pocket after buying a new battery. When I pay dealer prices for a car (many thousands of pounds), I would at least expect it to come with a decent battery. At first I was quite pleased with Autoworld but I have now come to realise that they are no better than any other dodgy car dealer out there, and they are very defensive when you go to them with a complaint. The only positive thing I have to say is that the front of house staff are friendly
I would highly recommend auto world if…
I would highly recommend auto world if you want to purchase a car BUT I would certainly not use the garage ( Motrio service centre) for any mot, service or breakdown . Very unprofessional, very expensive , and you certainly won’t get your car back when they say you will . I think they only have one mechanic ( if any ) and he seems to always be on break according to reception anyway. SHOCKING !!!!!! Never again
Fantastic service
I just want to say a huge thank you to Steve from the branch in Willenhall who followed me during the purchase of my new car.
Really professional and nice, no pushy at all, just a lovely down to earth man.
His service, attention to details and experience are first class.
Highly recommended.

Bought a Seat Ibiza with my son from Autoworld
From the initial contact to the test drive, and the next visit when we collected the car, everything was smooth and professional. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff, not pushy. A pleasure to deal with. Special thanks to Steve Fuller who we dealt. Everything was so straight forward with these guys, no hidden extras, helpful all the way through the process including the part exchange

Shall never return
After receiving calls, emails and letters to leave positive feedback I felt obliged to share my recent experience.
I took the Van in for 2 year service back in December 2015. I had front brake pads, discs and callipers replaced with what I thought were genuine parts as the van was still under warranty. There was a health check performed that said the rear brakes were fine.
Fast forward 6 months (7000 miles) and we have a leak of brake fluid on a rear wheel and under further inspection one of rear pads fell off. Luckily FIAT roadside assistance towed it to my local dealer for free - Autoworld.
Upon receipt of the van Autoworld called me to let me know the cost of repair was £800 for new rear callipers, pads and discs. I asked how they were OK 6 months ago but had worn so quickly but they said they couldn't give me an answer. I asked at what point would they receive an amber warning on the health check as they use a traffic light system, again no answer. They then inform that the front pads have worn 75%. I asked how is this possible when they have only been done recently. To which the reply I received was you must have asked for non-manufacturers parts.
I said I definitely did not as it's still under warranty, they checked my old invoiced and confirmed that they had fitted cheap parts (that I never requested). I took it as the manufacturers local service and repair centre they would install proper parts but no.
I told them not to touch the van I was not happy with their service and had it towed to another garage to repair the brakes.
I cannot recommend Autoworld and cannot believe a authorised dealer would fit non-manufacturers parts to a vehicle still under warranty!
