I have used Autovia two times, each time I have had a better than expected car, the staff very helpful, will use autovia again, very happy.

Quick, easy and friendly

Customer service and process was absolutely correct, serious and friendly. I pointed out that I do not need any extra insurance. At the counter, they kept to it and also did not try to impose on me what I do not need.
With other car rental companies I often experience negative attempts to sell me something hidden. Delivery of the car was also without problems and very fast.
I was very satisfied and autovia will also be our first address for car rental.
Finally a car rental company that has understood, lasting business is better than one-time quick money.
I can highly recommend autovia and have also recommended in my circle of acquaintances.

Everything is going perfect. From collecting the car and delivering the car back.

Waiting time to collect car nearly 1hr.
Took full insurance and got a car that was severely damaged already.
When I returned the car it was impossible to find somebody to give the keys to .

I read great reviews about Autovía after many terrible reviews of the local car companies in Brindisi. I would highly recommend using them. Everything from start to finish was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very good price too. We hired a small VW Up and had no issues. I will definitely use them again.

Unjustified additional charge. No response to mails.

AVOID THE SCAM FROM AUTOVIA
I am a regular user of car hire at Brindisi and Bari airports. I used Autovia for the first time in May 2023. The rental car had zero fuel at pick up. The gauge said it had just 7kms worthof fuel. I returned to the car rental desk to complain - the shutter was down and the staff had gone home. This was at 21.45 at Brindisi airport. Luckily there is a fuel station adjacent to the airport so I was able to put fuel into the vehicle. Upon the return of the car the next day Autovia said its cars never have any fuel at pick up and should be returned empty. This was not evident from either the booking with AutoEurope on line or the documentation handed to me in Italian by the rental car desk. I wrote two emails of complaint to Autovia and received only an auotmatic response stating my complaint would be considered. As expected - no response. All other rental companies I have used, in Italy and elsewhere, have delivered cars full of fuel with the instruction to return them full of fuel. My car was returnedd with approximately Euro52 worth of fuel, which no doubt will have been drained from the vehicle so that the next loser would be given an empty car and the Autovia employees get free fuel ! Absolute con. Scam. I have made a formal complaint to AutoEurope. Avoid, avoid avoid.

Quick, no problems

The car was good, but not corresponding to our order (we got a saloon car, we were expecting a compact car). It was then difficult to park the car.

We had an upgrade, but we did‘t ask for it. Grazie mille

All Service was quick and simple. Car was new and returned was easy. I can recommend that rental Autovia,

Kind people, great car, small price. A fine experience.

We rented two cars, immediately after leaving the airport the low tyre pressure warning lit up on both cars. We discovered both cars had at least one illegal bald tyre on them. The Fiat 500 had some considerable body damage also. The guys running it at Brindisi Airport were really nice and helpful but the cars were cheap and not very good.

Everything went well, and the most important point when I use a rental car: no surprises!!

The car was fine, but it was in a poor state of repair! I think in the winter time the choice of car is very limited. I like Autovia as a company they are very accommodating and helpful.

Why is this form only in Italian? That's my first question. My second question is why Autovia lets me pay for things that are not my fault. And when I send a mail they don't answer, but charge my credit card. I think Autovia is total rubbish (let me spare you all the details), never rent a car there.
