Customer service is unreliable and…

Customer service is unreliable and there's no guarantee that they'll get back to you. They seem to push more offers on you as you try to cancel or get refunded. After discussing why the service wasn't working for me, I was asked to continue using the service until new features were implemented so I can be sure whether or not I want to cancel. I declined and was promised a refund but never received it. All of my efforts to follow up on the issue since then have been ignored.
