A set of tools that streamline our business
Autotask streamlines our business very nicely. We have a help-desk which is right there with our account management. Our techs can track their time on Autotask, and when the client gets billed it feeds everything into the invoice easily.
Autotask has saved us a good deal of time. Their remote management tool is also great, with terrific back-end management of client machines. This integrates into the CRM as well. It's very full featured and useful.
The main problem I have is with the reports. Reports could be easier to make, and I wish they looked better (especially the RMM tool's reports).
I give this a 5, though, with a reservation because of the reporting.
