Schlechte Qualität und keine Garantie

Mir wurde ein qualitativ schlechtes, flexibles Solarpanel geliefert. Anstelle der angegebenen 260 Watt hat es nie mehr als 110 W geliefert. Inzwischen kommen nicht mal mehr 50 W vom Dach meines Wohnmobils.
Meine Garantie Anfrage wurde abgelehnt und mir gleich den Kauf neuer Paneele vorgeschlagen. Grund für Ablehnung der Garantie: hätte das Panel nicht richtig verklebt! Beim Kauf hatte ich dem Verkäufer mitgeteilt, dass mein Dach eine Beule (Ablösung der Aluminium-Schicht) aufweise… Die Antwort lautete: kein Problem, das Panel ist flexibel! Und nun, da sich die Beule bewegt heisst es: das Panel hat sich abgelöst und dadurch entsteht unter dem Panel Wärme und beschädigt es. Da die Leistung von Anfang an schwach war, muss ich annehmen, dass man mir billige China-Ware geliefert hat und nun keine Garantie gewährt wird.
Ich werde bei dieser Firma nie wieder etwas kaufen!!! Kein Vertrauen…

Portabler Solar Charger - Top Kundendienst

Habe vor einiger Zeit den portablen Solar Charger mit 2x6Watt gekauft. Die Leistung ist nicht berauschend. Nicht jedes Gerät ist kompatibel. Die Anleitung auf Englisch. Die Schrift so klein, dass nur ganz junge Leute sie lesen können.
Highlight: Sehr guter Kundendienst. Schnell und persönlich reagiert. Top.
