I made a 9am appointment with Gary so that I was home after finishing my 10hr night shift, I stayed up and waited for him to arrive, he didn't turn up . I called his mobile number and got no answer, so I left a message but got no reply. I also emailed him, again, no reply.
Shocking customer service and a real waste of time. Avoid at all costs unless you like being messed about.

Emailed Gary for a quote for some work no reply…

Rang Gary for a quote buttoned my to voicemail left a message no reply…

Sent a what’s app and guess what yeah no reply…

Excellent service would recommend to family and friends nice guy came back after I bought incorrect fittings for front and rear dashcam

Tried booking in for some work and the response I got was arrogant and rude.

Gary turned up 15 mins early. He was very professional and talked me through what he was going to do. He has done an excellent job of fitting hook locks and a cab lock on my Ford Transit Custom. He was by far the cheapest around so look no further than auto secure. I will definitely use Gary again and would recommend his work.

Booked appointment to have a van alarm fitted. Day off work to accommodate the fitting.
Never turned up. Tried to call but straight to voice mail. No reply to txt or email or phone message.
If I run my business like that I would not have one. He is very in professional. Spoke to someone who knows him and this is what he is like.

Had Gary turn up to remap my Volkswagen golf gt tdi 140 what a difference instant throttle, response pulls like a train now even with traction control on it wants to light up the tyres 🤣 need some stickier tyres now lol!
Gary was very knowledgeable and professional in his work definitely book him if you want a 1st class service.
I’ll be phoning him next for some more work thanks Gary.

Absolutely dreadful service. Didn’t turn up, doesn’t answer the phone or respond to messages. Doesn’t even deserve one star!

Auto secure (stockport). couldnt leave review with no stars so had to put 1 on. 1st booking was cancelled by themselves they said they had a break in (give them benefit of doubt) 2nd booking they never even turned up or emailed. Custom has now gone elsewhere, don't use this company.
