- settembre 2023: ci rivolgiamo alla Golgi per rilascio patente B a seguito di esame scritto passato senza problemi da "privatista";
- imposte 8 lezioni in esito alle quali arriva bocciatura;
- ulteriori 2 lezioni;
- costo totale: 1.274,00 €;
- fattura: richiesta e non emessa;
- ricevute pagamenti carta di credito o debito: arrivano da un soggetto terzo dal ruolo non chiaro (Guida e Vai srl, Rozzano);
- nome e cognome dell'istruttore: richiesti, mai comunicati;
- esito reclamo (PEC): muro di gomma.
Mi sono imposto di non commentare, né di aggiungere dettagli, ché sarebbero tutt'altro che inutili, ma scatenerebbero difese alle quali poi non si potrebbe non replicare.
Comunque sia: sgradevole sotto ogni profilo.
Da quanto sopra consegue questa recensione ed il consiglio a me stesso per il futuro: alla larga.
