I agree with another contributor, CRAP. DVD only used maximum of 10 occasions (probably 8?) as it was for work purposes.
Emailed with pumpkin and it was terrible experience. Avoid.

Chinese crap. Why is nothing made of quality anymore,
we all know that Chinese produce JUNK but have no choice. even the well known quality manufacturers of the past make their products in China and they are CRAP.
I bought a head unit last October and was easy to set up and get going. The stuff I was unsure about Pumpkin customer service sorted me out. I have received ongoing customer service for additional accessories and all points of contact have been helpful and worthwhile.
Really bad customer service. I needed to return the item - no return labels included, I had to pay special delivery myself which was £15. Even though it was returned next day delivery I still have had no reply to my emails chasing my refund. It’s now been almost a week. So I’m massively out of pocket and am getting no response. Really wouldn’t recommend anyone purchasing from this company.
Awful company based in China paid £100 for our item arrived damaged it was still in warranty and they would not do nothing about it avoid at all costs reported to trading standards look at their reviews on Facebook horrible company that send abusive reply’s then do silent
