App works great - wasn’t sure how to submit more than 1 area of damage but a call to CS cleared that up.
The app was a bit difficult to use - probably my inexperience in downloading photos!
40 minutes waiting last night. Endless loop drives you nuts. Again this morning 50 minutes so far. This is not efficiency at its best. They take the money. All I want is to speak to a human being and get my car sorted out. So I received an email from Autoprotect and they said that they would call me, so I hung up from the 1hr 53 minutes of queueing. They called within 5 minutes to be fair.
The scratch repairs were carried out quickly by a very efficient mobile service. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and highly skilled. Very happy with the result.
The technician was polite and turned up on time. He explained what he was going to do and how long the job would last. He was well equiped to isolate the repaired from weather and effecting the surrounding area. The finished repair was undetectable.

Registering the repair was easy, Also had a contact number so you could speak to a real person, which I did and they were very helpful.
The technician who carried out the repairs did an excellent job.

Very quick from the initial claim submission to the actual repair. Chris from Sudbury completed the repair in around 2 hours and did an excellent job. Car looks like new again.
