Takes a long time to log in, the two-step authentication takes about 5 minutes to come through, lots of specific details are needed and while gathering photos, the app times out and you have to start logging in again. Every paint chip needs a whole new claim as well, so what should be a straightforward process took me about half an hour in total.

I tried using the app, however realised I had not updated a change of email address so could not receive the verification code. So I rang the number advised to notify of a claim and update my email address. I requested the claims dept and was on hold awaiting response for over 30 mins, only to be advised I could not raise the claim via phone, despite the long wait, and would still need to raise it via the app once email address changed. Not impressed.

The person who came to repair the scratch showed very little interest in fixing my car. From the beginning, he kept giving reasons why he could not carry out the work, including saying that my car was not parked in a suitable place.
I then arranged with my neighbour to use their driveway, but he raised another issue and said he needed a power supply and could not use our extension lead. At that point, I felt very frustrated, as it seemed he was not willing to help or find a practical solution.
As a customer, I expect a professional attitude and a reasonable level of effort, especially as I also had my own work commitments to manage. He eventually completed the repair, but missed a small patch and said he did not have the colour for it and that it was not covered under my policy.
Overall, I was very disappointed with his attitude and the quality of service. He came across as unhelpful, uninterested, and unprofessional throughout the visit.
