Today I sent an email opening a complaint and cancelling the order for a full refund to my bank details.
Look forward to the resolution. I will update this as the case progresses.

After receiving a part that did not fit my car. I reached out to customer support who provided me with a return label to print off and put this on the part box and was able to return this free of cost of postage. Once the part was received I was refunded the cost of the part. All in all a positive customer experience after an issue with the part.

Even though I changed my parcel delivery option from home address to a shop it was delivered in really good time.

I still haven't got my spring as evri said they have delivered it but i haven't got it as i live in a housing estate and they have said they have dropped it out side the front of my house not even put it in my safe place or knocked on the door as our children were at home and it wasn't there .

Placed an order with AutoPartspro.co.uk thinking it was a UK company - as they have .co.UK on their name AND their contact email.
Turns out they are a German company - OK, no big deal, BUT here's the problem.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM GERMANY NOT A UK DISTRUBUTION CENTRE.
This information IS NOT MADE CLEAR AT THE CHECKOUT PAGE - nor is it made clear they use Evri (who are ...ing terrible) as they only cite DHL, UPS and GLS as couriers.
I have taken photos of the checkout page and neither "shipped from germany" nor "takes up to 7 days for delivery" is mentioned at any time during the checkout procedure.
I bought the items from APP as I was saving almost £70 compared to a local dealer who has them IN STOCK to buy the same day - HOWEVER if I had known it would take up to SEVEN DAYS for the items to arrive from Germany I would have paid the extra cost INSTEAD OF LOSING INCOME FROM MY VEHICLE BEING OFF THE ROAD. So far I've lost £450 in lost revenue and rising by £150 PER DAY.
I could have paid the £160 for the items instead of £90 and had the vehicle back on the road in 2 days.
Now I have to decide if I pay the higher cost, get the car on the road then screw around with the hassle of returns or just wait it out.
If you need parts in a hurry DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THE COST OF SAVING MONEY IS NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION.
I will also state when I went onto their agent chat service, once I made it clear I was unhappy with what was going on and that I had not been informed the items were coming from germany the agent "joanna" (probably not that persons real name) SHUT DOWN THE CONVERSATION - effectively hanging up on me.
DO NOT EXPECT DECENT SERVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE, if you look at their reviews, there are DOZENS of 1 star reviews all echoing parts of what I've just said - some people have waited WEEKS for delivery of an item, only to learn it was OUT OF STOCK WHEN IT WAS SOLD and APP were waiting for delivery (from china) for new stock before shipping.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Correctly received what I ordered in a well packed box that prevented any damage,great website for finding my parts albeit lots of choice for same part.
Would have been 5 star if delivery was quicker.
