I appreciate the customer service provided. I forgot I had set up my account on annual auto-renew and stopped using the service for a number of months prior to the date I was charged.
I requested a refund given my circumstances, and they promptly replied, granted me a one-time exception to their policy, and processed the refund immediately.
This kind of customer service is rare these days, so I especially appreciated both the gesture and the promptness in which it was taken care of.
