Dursan give dealers a reason to have a bad rep

Car dealers have a bad name no matter the company, but some have a bad name due to the trade, but others, like Dursan would because they are the definition of a bad and dishonest dealership.
I could write pages of examples in detail, but I will simply list the problems.
- Paid deposit on a car, however when picking up car on full payment and exchange date, car had been used and had an additional 120km on the clock (only a week between deposit and car pick up had passed, including a weekend)
- Car was not cleaned on pick up date
- Tyres were not replaced due to wear as agreed on deposit and exchange of sales contract
- The warranty is almost useless as it offers very little cover
- Car maintenance manuales and second key was promised at exchange, however it was never provided and after numerous calls, was advised they do not have them.
Many of these issues could have been avoided, I could have ensured they were corrected before the final purchase, however when I questioned the above, either their main office held documentation and they would send it, the use of the car was to have it cleaned (which it hadn't been).
Lesson learnt, although I have bought many cars, I will certainly be more cautious with future purcahes.
This was by far the worst dealer I have ever delt with, and I can say I have bought many cars in the years gone by.
