Don’t Trust Their Handshake Deals!

Trying to sell my Honda CR-V. Went to Auto Max used cars here in Ventura.

For a “General manager”, Cesar Montoya sure wasted 3 1/2 hours of my time, with nothing but frustration.
I went in to the sell my car. We settled on a price. Shook hands. I signed the title, which was in my former name, but I had my marriage license.
But his “finance person” wouldn’t accept my clear title.
I think he was trying to get out of our handshake deal. Not good!!
