Lied re: custom fit, left me to pay for return!

Company sold me an auto mat they said was custom fit for my car, and sent me one that clearly was not. Their website, and their factuur indicate that they will reimburse my shipping costs for a return. I paid 4.95 for shipping to receive it, and 14.90 to ship it back. Their support has indicated they'll just be reimbursing me the original 4.95, leaving me with paying 25% of the total cost but ZERO product! I use other car mat providers with proper guarantees, this was a one-off experiment I won't be repeating... Factuur 216326711
