This was the most exceptional experience possible. Initiated the purchase at 4pm on Tuesday, check was in my hand Wednesday at 9am. Very fair price on my vehicle. Professional through the whole process. I never write reviews but I couldn't imagine an easier process.

I have bought and sold many cars. I have never experienced anything as easy as these guys made the process. Totally unbelievable how easy and understanding everyone I spoke to even up to the driver picking up the car everyone was very professional and the most and best ones I’ve ever dealt with.

Algo may be for you, if youre in a rush to sell your car. After starting my quote process, I was contacted immediately and was given an offer. I asked the representative how long my offer was good for as it would require time for me to consider. I was told 2 weeks. What I wasnt told was I would be pestered by at least 3 different representatives every single day for that next 3 weeks. At some points I would pick up their call, speak to one representative for a couple mins, then be immediately called by a second representative. The moment you show interest they will bully you into signing, while they offered me a time frame to consider - they were not interested in respecting that time frame. This persisted for the 2 weeks until I was called at 7 am asking why I havent completed my offer yet. I informed the rep to not call me again until I had uploaded pictures nor do I even owe them an explanation for me obviously pursuing other offers. After I had sent in pictures, my subsequent but not last call included them offering me a lower than original offer due to an engine light that I did not have, as clearly seen in my pictures I sent to them. After I corrected that false claim, the representative then tried to make up another excuse for the lowered value, completely disregarding that he wasnt even referencing correct information - great way to be quoted by a remote rep... My experience with Algo ended with a rep hanging up on me mid sentence after I had informed them I was not happy with their offer and would pursue a greater offer I was given. Yes Algo may be a quick experience for some, but for me I felt like I was unhappy from the start with my offer and the experience only got worse for the better half of a month. I am SO happy I did not take their offer, I'm not happy how their true colors showed the moment I expressed my unhappiness with their service.

I cannot express what a great experience it was to sell my car to this company. The ease of the transaction was beyond expectations. It was only one week to the day from the initial consultation to the pick-up of my car - and a check in hand. All of the reps I spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful. The technology they have makes it simple to fill out a few questions, upload pictures, and upload requested docs. A quick trip to UPS with a prepaid envelope was all that was required for non-e-signable documents.
If I ever need to sell a car on my own again, ALGO will be my 1st choice.

Now that my check is deposited and I know it's NOT a scam, I can write a review. Algo offered more than Carvana, but I was skeptical about sending my car title to Algo, a company I had not heard of. Long story short, I took a chance based on good reviews. They needed photos of car and documentation, which seems reasonable. I did have to mail title and power of attorney, but that turned out to be no problem. If I did this again, I would ask why they need the title and not just a photo. They approved the sale on Saturday and told me it would take 2 business days. Tues afternoon I had not heard from the company that was supposed to pick up my car. I called Algo and they reassured me that the company would be calling. Five minutes later, the company called and arranged to pick up my car within the hour! They handed me the check (without driving off with my car to do a road test, like I worried about). They picked up the car. I deposited my check. All is good! I would definitely recommend Algo! Not only was their price higher than Carvana, but you can talk to actual people at Algo.

Amendment: It turns out that I left my EZPass in the car. Someone (Algo or the person who bought my car) charged $260 on my EZPass. I reported it to Algo and they said that was not possible. They take EZPass off when they pick up the car and double check before they sell the car. They said they would look into it. They came back with "The contract says any personal items left in the car are not Algo's responsibility" They offered a $100 gift card, so I would only be out $160. I was so angry, I may have cursed at the Argo rep, so I don't think I will be getting that $100 gift card. I would not sell to them again just based on their complete lack of compassion when I failed to remove EZPass and they failed two checks to remove EZPass.

Very easy and convenient. Enjoyed my experience with algo. I just sold my 2016 bmw to them. Driver came to me to pick up the car, and very competitive offer. I am pretty satisfied with the whole process. Thank you 🙏!

They initially offered me 2,500 below Kelley Bluebook in email format to bring you in. I was in a rush to sell the car due to finances I just paid 5,000$ more then their offer 10 months ago when I purchased the car and only put 10,000 miles on it. Turns out their initial, (already low offer) wasn’t low enough they try and go even lower. When you refuse they come back up a little bit but never what their initial offer you receive was, then they tack on administration fees at the very end so it turns out even lower. My suggestion, is if you have the time sell it on your own because your car is worth far more then what they are offering. In my case, they ended up making sure they got all their nickel and dimes and it was almost 4,500 underneath bluebook

I was very nervous about selling my car because I know we live in a world of scam artists. I became comfortable after my first phone conversation with an ALGO sales person, Danny. He is such a nice guy and i never felt pressured by him. Plus I was offered a very fair price for my vehicle. Because of how professional and nice every person I spoke to at ALGO was to me I became more and more confident I picked the right company. THANKS ALGO!! It was a pleasure doing business with you!!

What a waste of time. They made an offer on my Mercedes and then proceeded to require volumes of unnecessary paperwork and documents. I have sold other vehicles to CarMax and others. And , they want you to sent your title along with a Power of Attorney BEFORE they provide a check. NOBODY is as difficult to work with as ALGO. Avoid them.

I was trying to sell my truck. Original offer was far less than what truck was worth according to KBB. They got in contact with me for the second time offering a reasonable offer. Then the man said he internet was down and would call me back in a few minutes. A day later and I’m still waiting for a phone call. This company are dishonest and a POS

Sold my 2014 BMW 7 Series and got a great price. Great people, easy to do business with and seamless pickup … I’d highly recommend Algo.

I recently sold a 2017 Nissan Rouge Sport to ALGO. I was originally going to sell it to Carmax but ALGO offer was $1500.00 dollars more than what Carmax offered me. I visited Carmax on 2 separate occasions trying to sell my vehicle and was given the runaround. With ALGO, the whole procedure was very smooth. Everything was done via telephone and online and the procedure was flawless. They even sent someone to pick up the vehicle after all of the paperwork was finalized. This will be my go to place for all future car sales.

they offered me one price and I was very specific with everything about my vehicle. than 2 days later they have someone call me offering $8000 less. this company is. a con and I am sure they bait and switch everyone. I was offered $31500 from the dealer to trade in.
DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTISTS. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF
