The site deals with Royal Mail for external shipping, and there is no Aramex or DHL shipping, this method is very bad, and the Royal Mail is very slow in shipping and shipments are often lost with them and do not reach the customer

I got ripped off.
I bought a set of h4 yellow bulbs. They weren't packaged very well so they arrived broken. After many days of arguing about the return/refund of the bulbs they did not ever refund me.

Very good quality and excellent value for money. Rapid delivery and well packaged. They sell on ebay as well and after reading the excellent reviews, I was a little, if it sounds to good to be true maybe it is! However the product and service is as good as I was hoping! Only issue I have, cars keep flashing me thinking I have full beam on!

Very disappointed
Well I received the headlamp bulbs for my car. 1 was ok, the other one arrived broken. I emailed straight away to report to problem. As yet nothing has been done, I’ve emailed again, done a live chat, still waiting for a response. Very disappointed these cost me £15.
