Great surge protector and the ability to check the input remotely is very helpful. The light on the front helps in dark campgrounds.

I have your 50 amp Watch Dog Surge protector I always questioned why I needed it. I was on holidays on Manitolin Island at a camp ground 30 Amp hookup. My power kept cutting out checked my watch dog app at a total of 10 amp consumption my voltage was dropping to 104 Volts and tripping out. Thank God I didn't need air conditioning at the time I probably would have burned it out. Great product I would highly recommend it.

I purchased the Hughes Autoformer 50amp. In 2004 to assist when I only have a 30amp supply. It worked well and did seem to prevent the breaker from tripping. At one point the device was not working properly and Hughes fixed it at no cost to me. Still using it today.

We saw a fellow RV’er with a Hughs Autoformer and he strongly recommended that we have one. Love the replaceable surge protector. Luckily we have not had to replace it! Just bought the rain jacket for ours. Looks like high quality material.

I have been using the Hughes autoformer for the past 10 years it's really helpful in Mexico where the voltage varies a lot, also while staying at Elks Lodges depending on how many RVs are plugged into the voltage lines. I highly recommend to use products for quality and reliability.

I have the Hughes transformer/protection on a 45’ class A Motorhome and I am fully aware of the ability to “boost” the voltage 2-4 volts when an RV park or campground is experiencing huge demand.

I always have 120-124 volts ac on my monitor and have never experienced any appliance damage.

I sleep good every night knowing the Hughes transformer/protector maintains safe voltage on my 50 amp service.

Several years ago, I bought my first Toy Hauler. It is a 31 foot model and has every amenity that my wife and I could possibly use! I had an electrician put in a 30 amp service to supply power while at the house and plugged it in. Zip-Zowwie-Kapow!!! Sizzle sizzle... It was end game... Do not pass go... Do not collect $200.00... Several thousand dollars later, and some very valuable lessons later, I purchased a Hughes 30 Amp Voltage Booster with surge protection, Model RV2130-SP. No more worries about plug ins and power surges. I just replaced the internal surge protection module as I'd used up all the built in protection, and I'm good to go once again!! This is "Peace of Mind" when it comes to the Toy Haulers "Very Expensive" electrical parts and appliances... Thank you Hughes!! Best money I spent on the Toy Hauler!!!

The Hughes Autoformer is user friendly and easy to use.

It has been a while since I purchased my current 2nd Hughes autoformer. 2nd was a 50 amp unit. Upgraded from a 30 amp unit. Gave my 30 amp to my brother. He still uses it. I consider it a necessary item. Never leave home without it. It works flawlessly. Boosts when needed. And that boost is needed more often than I would like to admit. Rv park power is so bad everywhere. My brother had a different brand that burned out several times. That is why I gave him my 30 amp Hughes autoformer. The Hughes autoformer has never failed. Both the 30 and my current 50 amp unit are working just fine. Only downfall is the 50 amp unit is HEAVY. But that is probably why it works so well. Uses an iron core isolation transformer. Reliable old technology. I prefer reliability over weight.

I put it in a bucket to keep ground water away from it and put a tote over that to keep the rain off.

Hughes Autoformer has been a lifesaver at parkswith low voltage. I highly recommend.

I love my Power Watchdog! I trust this company to protect my camper. I have demonstrated it several people people who purchased one. I was moochdocking in Michigan for a month and was able to track my power usage so I could pay my friend. The Bluetooth capability is awesome.

After having a heatpump/airconditioner fail in my motorhome due to low voltage at an RV park, I purchased the Hughes Autoformer last year. I have had good voltage as we travel from RV Park to RV Park and I feel comforted knowing that I am now also protected from surges and spikes.

My wife Sue and I are fulltime RV's. Our fifthwheel is our home and we can't allow anything to harm it or it's contents and at the same time protecting us. Yes the Hughes Autoformer and Watchdog are not cheap but quality will always cost a little more. Besides nothing beats the peace of mind one gets with this level of protection.

Love my Hughes Autoformer. Bought it because we camp all over the country and some parks just don’t care about spending money to upgrade their electrical distribution system. One parks system even welded one of the prongs of my plug into the receptacle. The park that we overwinter at has terrible spikes in voltage. Haven’t had any problems with my coaches equipment when using your product.

One of the first things we purchased before taking possession of our first Travel Trailer was buying the 30A Autoformer. This decision was based on reviewing online recommendations about possible electrical problems you can encounter while traveling and staying at different RV campgrounds. We have been very fortunate during our many stays over the last 3 years to have only encountered one campground that had a bad electrical problem that the Autoformer detected. We were able to bring the problem to the office and they immediately repaired the problem. We feel this device can and will assist us any time we pull into a new location or even during long stays. My recommendation Don't Leave Home without it.

When I got my RV and read on the forums about power problems at RV sites, I wanted to be eliminate that problem. I read about the Hughes Autoformer and that it could even boost low voltages. It wasn't cheap, but then what it protects isn't either. I bought it and so far have not had a single power problem.

Excellent product! Does exactly what described. Love the feature with Bluetooth! If there is an issue...you get an alert on your phone! You can also monitor all the power from your phone. We also run this with the Autoformer. We have this first...then the Autoformer...and then to the RV. Completely satisfied with the products!
