Great service

Great service. I had taken car in last week with a broken wing mirror. Guys couldn't source a replacement at a decent price, so they taped it up to make car safe to drive at no cost and advised me to source a replacement wing mirror on Internet. I did so for a very good price, booked car in today to swap the wing mirrors over, was charged 1 hour labour plus vat. Well pleased.

I was charged for 4 hours work to…

I was charged for 4 hours work to replace a lutch Master cylinder, trade guidance says no more than .9 of an hour. I on my way home after collecting the car, fault appeared, clutch pedal position sensor had been damaged but not reported by whoever worked on it. when I returned next morning I was met with nothing but denial. Took the car to a reputable garage who examined the car and confirmed the fault, On phoning to report the findings all I got was threatening behaviour from a person I assume was ''in charge'' him being the one who created initial charges. Needs to learn how to speak to people in a proper manner and grow up.
I have since took the car to another garage where they found the master cylinder was wrongly aligned due to the securing nut over tighted and melted the area around securing bolts causing the master cylinder to lean to one side and fail. I have footage to verify.

First Class Service

Used Autofix Paisley for some time now with different things on my car including a new battery, brakes, bulb and it's MOT/service. Had my car in today for an issue and as always, they are friendly, super knowledgeable, professional and looked after me and the car. Will definitely be back, couldn't recommend them more. Thanks again!

No explanation of work carried out

No explanation of work carried out. When you spend a large amount of money at a company you expect to be informed in detail from the mechanic (not the receptionist) about the work done.
No breakdown of work carried out.
No floor mats to protect from dirt etc after mot and service which I thought was common practice?!
Staff didn’t seem interested when I returned to pick the car up, just took my money and handed me the keys. Had to awkwardly reverse out of the tight car park as it was in the corner facing a wall. Did not feel like a valued customer and will not be back.

Autofix Paisley Steve Thompson

As the owner of this business I am disgusted by the false and malicious lies that have been posted below .They are in no way representative of this business or myself and this site offers us no way to respond or refute these falsehoods. This is a genuine family business built on many years of hard work and integrity. Trust pilot is nothing more than a vehicle for failing business owners to leave damaging anonymous reviews directed at those they see as the competition. Please refer to our website or google for accurate ,truthful & positive reviews of which there are many . Thanks Steve Thompson owner @ Autofix Paisley .

The worst garage

This company is possibly the worst company, the owner is rude and aggressive, went in for a minor repair, my car came out worst and they tried to rip me off by inventing a new problem to charge me a fortune, went to a different garage and the problem was fixed for ten times less the cost.( STAY CLEAR)

I would certainly not use this company for anything

I contacted this company to complain about their business but received a series of swear words as a response.

This is an example of the response I received:

I have had to change the language he used for obvious reasons.

Very poor, dangerous

This company is quite possibly the worse garage I have encountered. The proprietor is foul mouthed and his customer service skills are non existence.
