When booking, they confirmed that it was pick up in terminal 2 as ordered, but on my voucher (after payment) I suddenly had to go to terminal 1 to pick. that means shuttle bus with bags, to small kids and my wife.
I just cancelled my booking!

Effective and smooth acceptance of contract

Autoeurope has until now never disappointed me.

When I got the (fair) price for a car fetched in Rome and delivered in Pisa, a extra fee on 65 € wasn't included for ending at another place than starting. This was mentioned just at the end of the order. So look out you can use a lot of time and get anorther price at the end.

We booked two Ford Mustang with auto Europe. I phone auto Europe. Because of some reports I had read on the Internet. But the service was 1 st class. Voucher could be used to check in online with Alamo.

I rented a "Fiesta 4-door or similar" through Auto-Europe with the car rental company Dollar at Amsterdam. On the day of arrival we got a Fiat 500 with two doors. I complained, but they just answered that in their system the Fiat 500 2-door was in the same category as the Ford Fiesta 4-door :(
The next day we found out there were no parking disc, so we had to use paid parking all the time. When i told the man at Dollar about the missing parking disc he came with a lame excuse about parking discs being stolen by people, so they did not have any parking discs in any of their cars.
When we delivered the car back everything was fine (no new scratches and fuel filled up etc.) and we could take the plane back to Denmark.
Now I can see that Dollar has charged 50 Euro at my bank account without explenation, which they can do, because they have my credit card details from the depositum... I've complained to Auto-Europe, but have not received any answer and I plan to contact my bank, but don't have high expectations :( NEVER EVER gonna rent a car with DOLLAR again! Maybe I will use Auto-Europe if they get me my 50 Euros back. Sincerely Christian K.

Easy to find the cheapest alternative, just pick up the car and go..... It works. Never had any problems.

I rented a pickup through Autoeurope - I was kind of disappointed as the people at the Europcar counter said "It´s the Autoeurope rental"...

When I went to Pick up the car, it looked like something just of a Stock car track. Definately NOT what I expected of an assumingly international renting company. I had to change the windshield wipers, as they were as worn out as the rest of the vehicle!

I am aware that the Nice photos on the websites does not reflect the true picture, but I am not used to bring gaffa tape and buy additional spare parts when renting a car.

Just before returning the "car" the battery gave up, a mechanic was summoned but back at the office they team did not seem supprised that they had to push the "car" into the garage.

In brief, do not expect the same service going through Autoeurope as if you go directly to a rental company! Autoeurope has offered me a 10€ voucher - seriously! OMG that saved my day...

Always fast and easy to work with. Used them for 12 years, several times a year for both business travel and private vacations. Used them across Switzerland, France and soon US.

This week I had a major issue with the car rented at UNIRENT, through AutoEurope. As is often the case when I talk to AutoEurope, they treat me like an important customer and not just another out of thousands. Whenever there is a real problem, it is always one of the local car agencies, never AutoEurope but they will nevertheless usually help me out anyway.

Absolutely good quality, good service and I have used them several times. Their prices and their packages are also the lowest many times

Rented a car on Tenerife, Spain from Budget through Auto Europe. Rental conditions said I had to pay for a full tank of fuel. At the pickup the fuel price happened to be 2 EUR/liter - almost double price compared to average prices. I did complain but to no avail.

Auto Europe claims this information is available in the voucher. The voucher is only available after you have paid for the rental. So what is imporant is the information presented on the website. The website only specified that you need to pay for the fuel, not that there is a substantially inflated price for the fuel. I think it is a simple and reasonable expectation that you should be able to see the costs involved, rather than be presented with them upon pick up of the car.

Quick throughout the paper work, car was clean and in perfect conditon and quick at delivery

it gives very good price and full insurance. Service level is same as you buy directly from rental provider, like Europecar and Hertz.

Very smooth delivery of the car - no changes - got the choise of 3 cars

Had a good experience with this rental, and also a good price. Only minus was the extra "sell" of insurance that Alamo convinced me to buy. I thought i was covered already, but became unsure.

The car rental overall went fine, no problems and everything was arranged like it should. As usual there was taken a deposit from my bank account however, the amount that was paid back was much different than the deposit account. I have emailed about this over a week ago but still have not received a reply.
