Went through Gemut

Went through Gemut, had reservation for pickup in Munich. Told them I had insurance but they added $2150 insurance anyway. Rental was supposed to be $1400, ended up costing $3550. Fraud at the counter.

Customer service - Amanda - clarified doubts and answered all CDW and TP questions in a friendly way.
The last thing you want when you travel abroad is having to solve this type of issues and Auto Europe provides an affordable solution to rent a car with peace of mind.
