I ordered a transmission oil pan with filter for a Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 3.0CRD 2014 and I received a pan for a BMW 1 product, marked by your application as identical to the Jeep Grand Cherokee. This resulted in costs for oil and a new pan. I will not order anything from you again.

Regarding the vehicle selector in our application: it works based on the technical data provided by manufacturers and cross-reference databases. When you enter your vehicle details, the system filters parts that are listed as compatible according to those databases. However, compatibility is determined by part numbers, engine codes, production dates, gearbox types, and other technical specifications — not only by the vehicle brand or model name.
It’s also important to mention that many car parts are designed to be compatible with multiple vehicle brands and models. For example, certain components may be used across different manufacturers if they share the same transmission or engine platform. In some cases, a part originally associated with one brand (such as BMW) may also be technically compatible with other vehicles, depending on specifications.
That said, we are very sorry this situation led to inconvenience and extra costs for you. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review your case in detail.
