I waited 2 weeks for my parts to…
I waited 2 weeks for my parts to arrive. Each time I contacted the AI assistant, the estimated delivery date was pushed forward without explanation.
It was also very difficult to find proper contact information, and when I finally wrote about the delay and the practical problem it caused with my mechanic appointment, I received a standard reply in German, despite writing in English.
My experience is that Autodoc did not take responsibility for the delay or the inconvenience it caused. I also pointed out that they could have informed me earlier that the delivery would take longer than 48 hours, but the generic response I received suggests that customer concerns are not taken seriously.
This was a disappointing experience.

NEVER, NEVER use this company. After finally receiving my parts and paying the garage to fit them, they are ALL wrong, and now i have to pay to return them. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I have a reply from Autodoc, they suggest i take the car to bits to find the OEN, so take the brake apart, take the oil filter off, and remove the brake discs

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They are sending wrong parts out, and then for days they refuse to issue returns labels. Absolutely horrible support. Lady on live chat said that she is done for today and DISCONNECTED CHAT saying it's already 4pm Saturday. I will never spend a single penny with those people. NEVER AGAIN.
