I made a purchase through this website…

I made a purchase through this website March 27th and it was supposed to be sent 2 day air. After a week and a half looked at the tracking and it was supposedly in Ohio. I reached out to them through WhatsApp because this is the only way to contact them, I believe the company is owned by someone out of honking because thats what paypal showed after my purchase. The told me it would be here April 15th. I waited until April 15th and checked tracking again, it still showed the package in Ohio. I reached out again, they asked me to give them a few days to figure it out. It is now April 20th and I still dont have my package. DO NOT use this company, if you actually get what you order it will surely be at least a month before you receive anything, if you receive anything at all. The company didn't even offer to make things right. I asked to cancel my order and to receive a refund and they stopped responding to me. Thos whole experience was a total disappointment and a waste of my time and hard earned money. I will NEVER use this company again.
