Bad customer service

Bad customer service.

Some of the worst customer service I've seen. Have an issue? Good luck; you have a 50/50 chance of getting responded to.

Sure, they have a support community on discord, but they ignore questions you don't like or feedback you have. They were a great website that encouraged people to learn to code and create. Now they've become something else entirely. I understand they need to make money, but they really are squeezing out their community and killing it one update at a time.

Did I mention that they didn't respond to 4 of my customer support requests?
