Scam Company – Avoid at All Costs!
I bought a car from this dealer just two weeks ago. I was told everything was in good condition, so I trusted them and had the car delivered. They also offered a 3-month guarantee, which gave me some peace of mind at first.
As soon as I started driving it, a constant noise from the engine became noticeable. I also found out the number plate bulbs needed replacing, and an engine oil problem developed shortly after. When I contacted them, their response was basically: “You fix it, you add oil.” Not what you’d expect from a dealer who promises a guarantee.
Now, when I’ve tried to follow up again, they’ve responded with abusive language — literally telling me to “f*** off.” I have screenshots to prove it.
Absolutely unacceptable behaviour. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Avoid them unless you want to be left dealing with problems on your own and treated with zero respect.
