I ordered a battery on a Sunday evening and it was out for delivery within minutes of me ordering, talk about speedy! As I hadn't expected it that quickly the delivery was to a business address but they very kindly offered to deliver it home a couple of days later. It was a great price, great quality and as mentioned, arrived super fast!

Service was a little slower due to IT issues on their end, but otherwise right product right price.

Never got my batteries, ended up disputing with PayPal and got my money back.
2 years later they have sent an email to tell me my order is complete?
No idea what is going on with business.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a battery 3 weeks ago, money was deducted from my credit card the same day and since then I have heard nothing from the company. They are uncontactable through their website and mobile goes continually to voicemail. I have requested a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT USE AUTO BATTERIES ONLINE!!

There was a slight hiccup with PayPal but one email to grant and everything was sorted and he did everything he could make the whole process as quick and easy as possible very satisfied

The battery was exactly as described, communication was courteous and prompt, and the delivery was really quick. Cannot ask for more. Thank you!

The support and service I received from Auto Battery Online could not be beaten or improved.
The team went further than I could of expected to make sure I got the right battery and some how got it to me within 2 days from ordering, even though I live rural and interstate.
I received honest advice, excellent communication, great after sales service and one of the best prices I could find.

I placed an order for a battery from a different state, the mext morning i received an email saying that due to no technicians being in my city, the order would have to be posted. After abit of to and fro in emails, it was decided it was going to be too difficult to go through with the order, as i had already paid for the battery and there was no speedy way to organise for me to pay postage separately. An hour later I received another email stating that that apon a ring around to couriers and parcel services, that they had found a company to send the battery down to me, and because it was such a low price to send, they had decided to absorb the postage cost. I received the battery 2 days later, and was extremely happy with the way they had packaged the product. By far the best customer service i have ever had. I would and have recommended this company again and again.
