Bad experience...
on 4/7 I ordered a tire and paid 150,19€... A week later I ordered a second tire... Exactly the same... This time the price was 190,77€... A difference of 40€ in one week and on top of that, the tire is NOT in stock, while it was otherwise indicated on the website... After 5 days, I still didn't receive any confirmation of shipping...

...Update...
I finally received the wheel after 14 days...only to find that the tire had been mounted in the wrong direction.
I contacted the customer service who responded in an email asking me whether I correctly indicated which side the tire was for. A mystery why she asks the customer this instead of checking herself in the order form: clearly I provided the correct specifications (the fact that I ordered for the left side was even included in our correspondence chain with the customer service). The solution of the company: I should get the wheel fixed in a local shop...the company would give me...15€ (!) to cover the extra costs.
I wrote back that I prefer to return the tire. Will post an update about how that went.

Thank you for your rating. Our delivery time for the complete wheels is a bit longer then for the tyres alone. In general delivery time is 2-5 working days for the tyres. At the moment due to many different factors we are having delays.
