Awful products and disgusting customer service

Hate the fact that I even have to give this scam of a company 1 star. A total waste of time please do not order from them! I placed an order 2 months ago in May they took my money of course but I still haven’t received the products, I have been in contact 3 times and have since realised I have more chance of going to the moon than ever receiving a response or refund! Tried to leave a review on their official website but conveniently I can’t, also their phone number doesn’t work absolute joke of a company.

Last two orders not received sent numerous emails but didn’t get a response never use again no refund given customer service is none existent

First time ordering and have not received products. Ordered on 19 Feb two car air fresheners for supposedly being made from essential oils (which I now have my doubts on due to the unprofessionalism), but have not received my products or any further communication. I sent an email on 11 March asking for an update and have not had a response.

Have since went to the instagram page that they have on their .co.uk website but the website that’s linked on their instagram is a .com and says their products are shipped from their office in Slovenia. Whole thing is confusing and their instagram looks scammy to me! I would avoid. Seems plenty of people have had their money taken but no product or even communication. Bizarre!

Total scam! Took two payments without receiving car diffuser!
Have tried to contact but no luck! Very disappointing!

A total scam - avoid avoid avoid

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Driver Aroma. I placed an order with high expectations, but unfortunately, the delivery never arrived at my specified address. What made the situation even worse was the prolonged back-and-forth communication with their customer service.

After my initial inquiry about the missing delivery, I was assured they would look into it. Despite following up repeatedly, I was met with vague responses and promises to investigate further, but no tangible updates or resolutions. I even provided all the necessary details multiple times, including the reference number and delivery address, yet the issue remained unresolved.

A delivery service should prioritize reliability and accountability, but in this case, I received neither the product nor any meaningful support. It's frustrating to trust a service only to be let down so thoroughly. I hope Driver Aroma takes this feedback seriously and makes significant improvements to their logistics and customer service.

Order never came after 3 months of waiting and trying to contact I just gave up...

I placed an order over a month ago and still waiting. I emailed them but no answer. Don’t think I will receive my order . Never again

Would give minus stars if I could. I have a subscription with this company, which you can pause if you don't need items every month. I have placed 3 sperate orders, the first time was good, quick delivery, no problems. The second time the delivery took a while but didn't mind as we love the products. The third time was the same, long delivery.
I placed an order on the 21/04/24, for the calming freshener and the very cherry. So I paid about £18, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO ARRIVE!!! ????
I have emailed the company 3 times with no response at all, I have called numerous times... No response.
Do not give these people your hard earned money!! So unprofessional!!
I only live a 20 minute drive away from Wakefield, so I will at some point just drop in to Auto Aromas... If they are an actual company... Maybe they will speak to me face to face.

Finally arrived after a week and half . But they do smell really nice .

I ordered late in the evening on a Sunday (30th May) after seeing a Facebook advert with positive comments on the product quality and stating it arrived quickly.

I ordered and then received a dispatch notification on 31st May. Which I thought odd as it was a Bank Holiday and therefore the post office closed. (Which is who they use to send items).

Anyway, fast forward 1 week and still no items arrived, so I messaged them my concerns that maybe it hadn’t been properly despatched as the post office was closed. I was advised I just have to wait.

I shared my situation on their advert only to have my comments removed and to be blocked from commenting or even messaging them!

16 days after ordering and no product and no refund. Very unprofessional.
