I’ve used AUTO-VOX products for several years now and have always had a great experience. Their products are very budget-friendly, but you can really see the improvements in quality and features over time. What stands out the most is their customer service—responsive, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile when needed. Overall, a reliable brand that continues to get better with each purchase. Highly recommend!

This is a scam company that deceives its partners. Their products are terrible, customer service is poor, and they have no business ethics. They defraud their partners by refusing to pay them their commissions.
Stay away at all costs.

One of the best companies I have dealt with Products are of the greatest quality and same goes for product support.

While it took a lot longer for my purchase to arrive, it was a simple install and it works as it should. I wired it to my parking lights so when I turn them on, my camera also turns on. It's nice to be able to see our electric bikes behind our class A while driving, and backing up is made so much easier.

I have ordered wireless rear view camera and I was looking forward to receiving it in , unfortunately cameras monitor was faulty and now I can’t get anyone to send replacement or refund, customer service email being clearly ignored even though they say we will reply in next 24h , equally no replacement screen no refund, shocking

First of all I am impressed with the quality of the Auto-Vox front and rear camera.    More than that I'm very impressed with their customer support!   When I received my Auto-Vox setup everything went smoothly except the monitor wasn't responding to a bottom switching up/down & normal/mirror.   Contacting Customer support I worked with Gigi who was so patient and helpful.  Upon determination the button was the malfunction and not me Gigi  sent out a replacement monitor with perfectly clear instructions on pairing and everything I needed to know for my system to work properly which is displaying perfectly.   I'm satisfied with my Auto-Vox setup and blessed working with Gigi through the problem.   Gigi is exemplary as a Customer Service person and an asset to her company.

worked well for 11 months but cam is now dead, does not respond to charging, will not pair. customer services are unhelpful

I have a dual camera AUTO-VOX Solar 3A Plus system fitted to my car and having used it for some weeks I am very pleased with it. Here is my detailed review of the camera system.

REASON FOR PURCHASING THE CAMERAS
I purchased a new car that had rear parking sensors but no front parking sensors, which I consider necessary and an oversight by the manufacturer.
The cost of adding front parking sensors by the dealer was quoted at nearly £500, which is quite expensive and insurers could consider them a car modification and might raise their premium.

I considered fitting the AUTO-VOX Solar 3A Plus cameras as a much cheaper alternative for assisting safe parking and, as a bonus, for recording journeys. Also, as they require no structural alteration to the car they are unlikely to be considered a modification by insurance companies. Another possible advantage is that insurance companies may reduce their premium because Dash Cams can provide valuable evidence of accidents and incidents,

FITTING THE CAMERAS
Fitting the cameras was quick and easy as the strong adhesive tape provided glues the cameras to the back of the number plate or another location.

Installing the 7.2” monitor is also just as easy and it is powered from the car’s 12v electrical accessory socket.

OPERATION
The handbook is adequate for installing and using the cameras but more guidance on operation of the controls would be appreciated. However, after a while operating the system it becomes intuitive.

BENEFITS
The cameras and monitor automatically starting when the car is started is great.

The cameras are an essential aide to parking and work very well for this.

Being able to record from both cameras is excellent for providing a record of car journeys. The resulting short videos on the TF card list front camera view followed by rear camera view.

Being able to select both cameras to view on the 7.2” monitor or one camera when more detail is needed is very good.

The camera(s) shown on the monitor record to the TF card and provide a good record of journeys and possible incidents. Select both cameras to view on the monitor to record both cameras at the same time. The recordings are saved to dated folders and the recordings provide date and time information.

The overwrite option allows the oldest recordings to the overridden when the TF card becomes full.

The camera quality is very good at close range when parking.

To date, I have had no issues of the camera batteries running out of charge.

ISSUES
When travelling at higher speeds the video image is a little jumpy and details such as number plates and road signs become blurred, unless the car and other vehicles are stationary.

Because I have positioned the cameras at the bottom of the number plates, car headlights and low level bright sunlight can have an adverse effect on the image quality.

If settings such as Brightness and Contrast on the camera are changed, I found the ‘Record’ function has to be re-enabled or recording will not start.

CONCLUSION
The camera system is a brilliant concept, well implemented and easy to install, set up and use.

The handbook would benefit from more comprehensive instructions or provide an online link with more details and, possibly, links to video guidance. I know AUTO-VOX is considering this.

The cameras are excellent in parking situations but less effective in handling car movement video or some direct low level bright light situations. Recordings during times of darkness are adequate for this type of camera.

I have found AUTO-VOX to be a good company to deal with. Vicky at AUTO-VOX has always been quick, courteous and effective in resolving the questions and issues I had.

Finally, I highly recommend this product as a cost effective aide to parking and recording car journeys.

Add states Australian stock with 10 to 15 days delivery. Well 15 days was three days ago and no tracking details provided. They have not answered an enquiry from thee days ago. I now suspect they are a scam

I purchased a rearview wireless camera system from Autovox for use on my caravan, it was so easy to install and the battery life is excellent. The image quality on the display is excellent and the camera is a necessary addition to the caravan set up especially when on the road.

Bought the wireless back up camera in June it stopped working In December. Contacted customer service who replied with I assume a stock answer as they hadn't even changed the name on the reply (Marco) my name is NOT Marco. Suggested I tried all of the standard checks and tests which I had said in my original email to them I had already tried.
Outside the standard 30 day return even with theirs called extended warranty. Still waiting for a sufficient response - refund of faulty item.

Absolutely terrible service, I ordered the wireless back up camera with stated delivery 3 to 5 days, that gave me 8 days before my trip, it's now 10 days and still no camera, no e mail, and the tracking says "preparing order" this is a breach of consumer law. If I knew it was not going to arrive in time I would have bought a different manufacturer. I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

I was recommended the Auto Vox Solar 3A Plus by a friend and I truly haven’t been disappointed. It’s an excellent addition to my caravan as it allows great rear vision and also makes reversing so much easier. Extremely easy to install and set up – it’s a great product.

I have Auto-Vox D6 Pro dash cam. In January 2025 my car was hit and damaged by a driver who flee. AutoVox recorded so poorly (video can be attached as evidence) that the offenders registration number plate is NOT VISIBLE - even that he drove 1 meter away from me! Thanks to Auto-vox I have no viable evidence to recover money from his insurance. But it gets worse - 2 months ago D6 Pro started making irritating automatic announcements "insert the sd-card". The card was always installed, so I took it out, cleaned it and inserted again. Didn't help. To diagnose if the auto-vox dash-cam has failed or if the sd-card has failed I have inserted sd-card from my phone and Auto-vox damaged it!!!. I lost 10 years of my personal data! I wrote to autovox who responded they will send me a replacement camera, but they didn't. I therefore followed up multiple times, and received no response. Given above I believe have all the reasons and evidence to state to everyone - think twice before you buy Auto-Vox products !!! Total financial loss so far: £2,000 (another camera, damage repair, new SD-cards) !!!!!

I have A Solar powered wireless Backup camera, twin Pack. First got Only the Single one but the Second Was send after, so its ok. Installation was easy, to have the camera in the middle of the car i modified the holder A bit. Startup time (until you have connnection and See something) takes some Seconds but is fine for me. Time to switch between cameras could be faster. Unfortunately the are no guidelines when displaying both cameras at once. Night Vision is not Bad, in A City absolutly enough.

Overall quite useful product and ok for my use case.

I've fitted and used this now for weeks, hasn't needed charging up yet. On front licence plate and I've put a ferrous plate on monitor and it attaches fine to dash magnet I have. Accessory of inline switch and USB feed a boon. I've added to mine week by week, cable, carmount fitting etc as I've realised it's benefits. Great kit and customer services exemplary. I don't know where the other review gets it, I've been on to a Gigi in Customer Services regularly and couldn't be any more helpful.

I use this wifi-camera since 4 month, every day on an 10 meter truck and it works wthout any problems.It was very helpful for me and saefty for people and things behind me.Thank you!

So easy to use that I can’t believe it and wish that I’d ordered it long ago !!
I cannot see to reverse in my mini and have been worrying about it and thinking about purchasing one of these for about a year now. I SO wish that I had done it sooner !
I put off installing it as I thought I wouldn’t be up to it - but if I can do it in less than two minutes then literally anybody can ! 🤩
I am just delighted with this gadget - it has changed my life - I can now reverse without thinking that I am going to crash into something or somebody !! 🤩
My mini is a soft top with the most appalling blind spots on either side and with the smallest of plastic windows that mist up when it rains and does not have a windscreen wiper.
THIS IS THE PERFECT SOLUTION, BELIEVE YOU ME !!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and suggest that you order one asap !
