Absolute garbage, never found a single mobile number. Couldn't even find my own number. Said I used blocking software, which is a lie. Swift plan is Total con everybody beware

If I could give it zero starts I would!! I canceled this service back in April after never using it because it is not what I thought it was. I am STILL waiting for my refund!! I have been emailing because no one answers the phone. I keep getting emails back saying my refund has been processed, yet I NEVER received my refund!! Do NOT buy this product!! It is a scam!! You will lose your money!!

Auto forward is not an honest company. After much research I decided to give them a try as they are supposed to be top in the field. I was unable to use this program it was never installed. I asked for a refund and was told I should receive it with them for business days. That was almost a month ago they're toll free number only directs you to an email support. It is impossible to talk with a real live person. Their robot has given me many excuses as to why my refund has not been posted to my account although it has been approved and even traced. But still waiting for my refund do not give your hard-earned dollars to this company stay very far away

Been waiting weeks for my refund and still nothing...wrote them and they said it would be returned immediately...I'm pissed! I want my money back!

They are complete crap! Total scam. I have been waiting on my refund since march. And now i cant even get a reply back.

First of all You do have to have the target phone in your possession to set it up If an android. They lied and told me it was “over the air technology”. If an iPhone, you must know the persons Apple ID and password and even then the target can have extra protection that makes it worthless. And there is NO WAY you are getting a refund. This is run by a bunch of jerks who won’t stand by their word and their product stinks and their ads are lies. I have never written a negative review but I literally borrowed this money from my son because I am in a horrible relationship and I believed that this would give me the proof I need to have the strength to leave and now I am in worse shape to than before. This is not the kind of company you want to do business with. All they are doing is playing on your emotions while scamming you out of your money. Don’t believe the lies!!

I need to know how legit the Instagram people are.

I purchased this app and the following day I lost the phone. I tried using the app to ping the phone for a location. I ended up getting a new phone and a new phone number.
I contacted Customer Serv. and explained my situation and asked if they could please transfer service to the new phone. The app showed the last activity which confirmed what I was saying. I explained that the phone was lost and I didn't get a real chance to use the app. They said they couldn't issue a new key. I then asked if they could credit the account so I could re purchase under new phone. They said no I needed to buy it all over again. So I basically paid a lot of money for maybe 12 hrs of service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I asked for a refund approximately 2 minutes after purchase. A month later, I am still waiting for the refund after numerous emails back and forth promising it would be refunded within 3 business days. Application does not work as insinuated on website. Buyer beware!

At first the customer service was spot on then I found out you couldn't install this over the air as it said in the advertisement so I requested a refund. After 10 business days I started to email and as getting a response back from fran ferrera of the power line group. Then I was promised my refund within 3 business days and when those 3 days had passed I emailed back to get a response that I was being escalated to the refund specialist and would receive my refund very soon. Since I've been escalated I haven't received my refund still after over 14 business days and now nobody at all is replying to my emails. I would be very leary of spending my money here. It feels like a scam to me.

Purchased this product and also purchased 1 on 1 telephone support. Product never worked, there was NO one on one support and the email communication is sketchy at best. Requested refund and now 4 weeks later, I have to re request refund because they close the case every day. I will be a royal pain in their a** for a while. This is a HUGE SCAM and they have taken thousands to the cleaners.

Paid $69.99 for review. I only could see location about once a day. Was told I would get a refund in 4-6 days it’s now been 4 weeks “claiming each time a different time frame. Now will not respond to emails, no refund and no phone number to actually talk to someone. RUN!

I canceled my subscription and requested a refund over a month ago. I kept getting told by Fran Ferrera (customer service) that I would receive my refund but I never did and then I was told they put a tracer on my refund still never got it and then I was told it was sent to management. At that point my email stop getting answered I put in a couple more requests for refund on their site and when I check on the status it says solved but I still don't have a refund. This is been the worst and I would not recommend

This is a complete scam. They said it was only $29.95 and they charged my account$89.00. I am demanding a full refund but have no reply yet. I will report them to authorities.

The product did not work as described and I was told by several customer service reps I would be refunded and it's two weeks later and no refund.

The product has serious misleading information between marketing and actual. Once payment is made, only then the actual installation details are provided. To get a refund for wrong marketing is difficult.

It's a fake!

I went to purchase the product for $29.99 but $89.00 was taken out of my account. Product was to catch a cheating husband only the day I received it my daughter and her friends took video of him with mistress. So I asked for a refund. I was told on had been issued. Waited. No refund, emailed again, was told issued with a tracker. Waited. No refund. Writing review to tell of my experience as a warning to not purchase from auto forward aka powerline group.

very simple, i was very unsatisified with my purchase. so i reached out to the company on the same day of purchase. told them this is nothing like i was expecting. that some of the descriptions were the complete opposite then what the product was really like. i just simply want my money back. they agreed to refund the money back to. the customer service of this company ridiculous. my purchase was made on the March 1st, to day is the 19th i still havent recieved my refund. while they were still responding to my emails. they kept saying 2 to 3 days i would recieve my refund. my last email was on the 17th and they havent responded to me at all and i still dont have the refund. i dont know how my terrible experience with this companies customer service is gonna help anyone else. just do yoiur research thoroughly before transactions with this company. had i known about all the complaints that the bbb has recieved about this company and its customer service, i would never had purchased anythig they offer.

This product didn't work! Save your money! They have promised me a refund also and it has never happened. I continually email them on a daily basis.
