While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

would not sign a contract
At the start using this company I would 100% recommend. this guy was like fire. he answered every problem he was spot on. very cleaver knew the dno system very well.
Then I was offered a 12 month contract. I thought yeah this is a really good deal £500 pounds a month for all my DNO seeing I was paying £125 for 1 dno.
I agreed. nick wanted to book a meeting this happened twice. but the meeting never happened. a 50/50 fault why it didn't happen he cancelled. then second time I forgot. but he never booked a time. or chased me up on a time.
mean while i was paying 500 a week. with this new portal. not once being shown how to use it.
then it went massively down hill. he ignored my calls text messages and emails. then he messaged saying i'm to busy to reply to messages. without answering any of my problems. i have been waiting for 1 g99 for 4 months now. unsure what is going on. then i got a email saying i have be made admin. unsure what is going on.
then 1 of my customers text me saying i need to sign a form. auto dno made out they have emails me and message me to sign a form. the customer is chasing me up. but i have had no email. no idea what form i need to sign.
next min Nick has blocked me.
next on his second number he said he has sent me an email yesterday. but i have not got an email.
I am currently block. with out a clue if i will get my money back. or what is going on with past DNO's left in the dark.
I'm half thinking this company is a scam. groomed me into a contract.
I even mentioned on past messages with Nick i do not want to burn bridges. and say how things have gone down hill. i just want things to work. but sadly this is such a terrible way to run a company.
as a solar installer. I can not just install solar then block them.
Many Thanks Jake
Great website!
Great website that is really helpful for generating quick DNO forms, which can be tricky to fill out yourself.
Software is clean and easy to use which is really helpful.
Strongly recommend using Auto DNO.
Auto DNO
Used Auto DNO on multiple applications since finding out about it through LinkedIn. So far it has been a valuable asset, and increased the speed in which I can get applications send.
I look forward to watching the software grow and the support from the team has been fantastic with them taking all of my feedback on board.
