While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Fake tracé after shipment. Never deliverd. No response on email. Don't by
July 28, 2021 I made a search for a product online via Google Shopping. A vendor came up indicating they were selling an “Algreen Athena 80 Gallon Rain Barrel, Charcoal” for $85. They had an online ordering website that took payment via PayPal though which accepted my payment. Their website had a My Orders tab which showed my order ID as 106871 They also had a customer support contact us email address. On June 30th I emailed the above address and have received no reply. Afterwards, researching further online, there are reports of this website being a SCAM with other customers victimized. When I opened a claim with PayPal, the seller immediately responded with a bogus UPS tracking number. The tracking number indicated they shipped the product the same day I made the order and delivered it a day later. Looking at the details of the UPS tracking number there were no details of where it was delivered to, only a weight of package of 7.70 lbs. I looked up the specification for this product and it weighs almost 20 lbs. I opened a claim with UPS and they sent me a reply saying they cannot locate the package.
This is a scam! Do not buy from authenic.com.
Bought a lawn mower on my credit card. Immediately switches to china...On their tracking system my"purchase" (just the money) went to a place in New York. Isn't there a way to close them down before more people like me get taken? On s.security..can't afford to lose that kind of money..SCAM!!!
Complete sham site, PayPal did nothing, have a dispute ongoing with charge card company, hopefully aint stuck with rip off, stay away. Pay pal shoulda honored since you can pull up reviews of this site on Google, when ya realize ya been defrauded.
TOTAL SCAM. The website looks legit bc they take PayPal, but it is not. The contact phone number on website when called said "the number you're trying to reach is no longer in service." No email response. It said company is in NJ, but the paypal money being sent to is a Chinese name with @###.com. They really tried to cheat my money by saying they sent my item already, so I'll have to deal with UPS instead of PayPal. Unfortunately, their plan didn't work. They sent my item to a place in my city, too, but not to my address. UPS had documented proof that the item was picked up next day after I placed order, which doesn't match the tracking they gave PayPal.
