Whilst my initial meeting with Adam was great, I provided all necessary information during the call and Adam provided further company info post the call, I have received nothing since and have contacted head office two times to no avail. I am concerned they are a scam.
Had my meeting, signed documents, then lost contract, called my agent, called head office, nothing.
I was hesitant at first, but the process was seamless! James and the AS Financial planners I spoke to were very knowledgeable and walked me through any questions/concerns I had. Superannuation was something I hadn't put much thought or time into previously despite how important it is later in life. Well worth it!
